- I give you 5 easy solutions to fix your PS4 Pro that says "weak or no signal" on a black or blue background. Make sure to watch the video carefully and your PS4 will be back up and running before this video is over. It will not work if you have a faulty HDMI port on the back of your TV or faulty HDMI cable. However you can always try to wiggle the hdmi plug sometimes that works.

Second method made my no signal go away but just had a black screen. The 3rd method made my screen flash on and off. Then I entered safe mode and it works. So thank you

Thank you! I unplugged the HDMI then the TV then the playstation. Waited a min plugged in the hdmi cable, plugged in the TV, lastly plugged in playstation. 😀 it works now! Ty!!!!
You saved me from trashing my PS4 and LG TV. The issue started when i set the resolution to automatic.

Plug charging cable to console and the controller should show yellow color the controller. press ps logo on the controller and pressed down arrow then x . For me I see screen sometimes but after I changed resolution it goes back to black screen .

You have to do the holding twice the first turns ps off fully and second puts on reboot

Hold the button to turn it off, then while it’s off hold the button again and you should hear to beeps. For whatever reason it only worked for me that way(worked as in I heard 2 beeps, still had no signal on my tv).

This saved my life. It just wouldn’t show a signal even though the tv made a portal for it and detected it. I also had to charge the controller because it didn’t have enough battery to bring up anything. After booting in safe mode 3 times snd plugging in the charged controller it worked. Thank you so much!!!

1:30 i hear the first beep, then when I hear the second one, it shuts off. It doesnt do anything. The first beep turns it on, and the second one just shuts it down. If i let it go after the first beep, the blue light just blinks and won't do anything. I have the same tv as you, ps4 pro just like you. What should I do? 😭

None of these worked. We tried everything but we can tell its not the tv or cords. It makes this loud buzzing noise that's different from the disc playing sound. it is like a mix of buzzing and beeping .when the ps4 is on its just a black screen .the tv can tell that is plugged in but its not showing anything. any suggestions would be well appreciated.

That’s pretty much where I’m at, tried everything in the video but my tv still says no signal. You figure out what caused it? I’m going to buy a new hdmi cable tomorrow and see if that does the trick, that’s the only thing I haven’t tried on this video yet.
Yes. Here’s my advice. Don’t panic until you buy a new HDMI cable. That was my mistake. I panicked. I messed around with HDMI port itself and wound up messing up the port. Therefore, I had to buy a new PS4 from eBay. And what I’ve discovered is the HDMI cables seem to go bad after a while. I was using the old HDMI cable on my new PS4 and it eventually went bad. I didn’t panic. I went to Walmart and bought a new HDMI cable, and the PS4 turned right on. I think the PS4 is built well and my advice is not to panic until you buy a new HDMI cable because it’s more than likely the cable and not the port.
@@Dtayloract1000 I got a new cable but it didn’t change anything, tried 2 different cables and 2 different TVs. I’m thinking it’s something with my PlayStation itself, probably gonna do some research and see about bringing it somewhere to have a professional take a look at it because I’m thinking it’s either the hdmi port on my PlayStation or something else internal. Just really disappointing because I’ve only had the thing for about 3 months, bought it brand new and only have about 30hours of use on it and I didn’t pay extra for a warranty because that thing sits on my entertainment center and pretty much never moves.
@@2good4mondays Yeah so basically the same thing happened to my old PS4 and I ended up breaking the HDMI port itself by trying to rig the cord to make it work. I should’ve just bought a new cable and I wouldn’t have had to replace my PS4.
@@2good4mondays It might be a better idea to just get a PS5 at this point if you think it’s the Port itself. If you take it somewhere they’re gonna charge you over $100 just to fix the port. And then what if it’s something else wrong with it, like an issue with the Motherboard? I might just get a PS5 if I was in your situation.

Mine had the black screen because i got it used but i had to do the last option which was my first really was initialize the playstation. I did that one option of like of hdr or hfu or something of like some content or something. I did that one time and it well worked for a bit then it continued to happen of the black screen. After wiping the HDD that problem never came back, since the console wasn't mine so erasing everything wasnt an issue for me. Everyone else on the other hand do save your saves or apps if you want to there's good vids on that. If there's still people coming to this with that problem i hope you find out what it is too
Up until today my ps4pro and 4k tv have been working fine on 2160p settings. Today i booted it up to find a blank screen with nothing but sound. Ive put it into safe mode and got it working again. It works in all resolutions except for 2160p, its still blank. Is my tv to blame or is it the console?
If your your screen say no Signal and u put it into safe mode won’t u not be able to see it

None if these worked. I cannot go into safe mode. It will just turn off and if I press and hold to power back on, it justv starts to boot up then the second beep powers it down again. Cable works fine and so does the HDMI because I used them both on another tv with no issue. It only doesn't want to work on my LG OLED C9 for some reason. And that's what BOTH my TV's are!!! I have two $4000 TV's specifically designed for 4k and they are the only ones that won't work. They did up until a couple weeks ago. So annoyed. No answers been reading and watching videos trying everything for HOURS!!! WHAT A NIGHTMARE

I'm a PC gamer but still keep a PS for some exclusives. My PS4 has seen only light use and sometimes I forget I own the thing. I went to play it yesterday and no matter what I did I couldn't get it to display.
I use my display for both PC and PS4 and as the PC has been working fine I used the same cable and port for this trouble shooting. Still the same results every time. The display will flicker flashing the source info at the top (as it does Everytime I fire up the TV/PC) like it's receiving a signal and will display my desktop in a moment but then goes back to no signal.
Last time I used the PS4 was last year some time and it was working fine. Now after being idle for months it seems borked. No signal. My HDMI port on my PS4 goes bad while it sits unused? This sucks. I still haven't finished like 4 games I own for it.

Mine to before some months my ps4 was working smooth and fine but now it doesn't want to work. This is working because I did it once but this error keeps coming up and I don't know why. I think if you take your ps4 to a store that they can fix playstations it might work again.
It's a ps4 pro issue. I got a new 1080p 43in LG. Can't connect it. I can hook up my reg ps4 with the same hdmi cable, 1-2-3 no problem, crystal clear. The pro doesn't connect. Very frustrating.

My mom ended up finding a ps4 pro cleaning out an apartment at her work, i checked to see if it turned on and it did, however when trying to connect the hdmi cable to the back of the ps4 and the tv there's just no signal, the tv's "no signal" message would disappear for a split second as if it recognizes the ps4 but the message would appear again right after that second, if it's the back of the hdmi port of the ps4 that's messed up how do i get that fixed?

This is a weird bug. Got cuh-7215b and Sony X950H and if I turn on no signal. I go into TV HDMI and toggle standard from Enhanced, and backed to Enhanced. Works every time. Seems to be waking from sleep mode with TV off for me.

So finally solved my issue. If absolutely nothing appears then 1. Test if other devices work with that same HDMI cable and same port. If not then 2. The issue is with the HDMI port itself on the PS4. Not very easy to see but best to go and get the port replaced. Costed me 70 bucks but works perfectly now

I'm using a 43" Toshiba Fire edition Tv! I'm not able to get video output from my ps4 slim on my tv (although I'm getting audio output)! I know it's not a HDMI port problem because all the ports give video output when I connect a HDMI cable to my laptop! I've also tried 3 different HDMI cables so it's not a cable problem either!
I've also tried connecting the console to a computer monitor and I'm getting video output!

try putting it into safe mode then click restart ps4 then let it rest for like 1hr or so then turn it back it might work i hope i can help
