    Thank you I’m currently almost 35 weeks and haven’t been active this pregnancy. A few weeks of these workouts should make a big difference. I need more strength for labor.

    So great. The last few weeks I've only done yoga, but this light workout helped me get my pulse going and it felt sooo good. thanks!!

    Am 35 weeks now and is my first pregnant, so am asking at what tym to do the execise,, morning or evening after eating or before? ❤

      It really depends on when it's most convenient for you! I might wait for at least 30min after eating, but any time of day should work.

    What can I do about my knee pain

    • @bellystrong
      @bellystrong  3 года назад

      It's difficult to give advice without knowing the diagnosis/cause of the knee pain. I think the best thing to do would be to see a physiotherapist for an assessment. They can then give you specific advice/treatment!

    Do you still do walking exercise or this exercise is enough?

    • @bellystrong
      @bellystrong  Год назад

      At this point I went on a couple of walks a week, but this was a bit limited due to my pelvic girdle pain. Do what you feel comfortable with!

    currently 35w do I need belly support ?

    • @bellystrong
      @bellystrong  3 месяца назад

      Belly support can be helpful if you're experiencing lower back and pelvic pain; but it really depends on how you feel and if it benefits you or not.

    This workout for every day?

    • @bellystrong
      @bellystrong  8 месяцев назад

      It's really up to you and how much your body can handle, but you could aim for 3 times a week and see how that goes?

    Hello. I just ask when is the exact time to get exercise before breakfast or after.
    35 weeks pregnant here. ❤

      @bellystrong  2 года назад

      It really depends on the person, but I'd be inclined to exercise after getting some food in you so you have enough energy!

    I’ve got muscles pain after exercise. 😢

    • @bellystrong
      @bellystrong  Год назад +1

      Muscle pain can be quite common after exercise. If it eases within 48hrs it's usually nothing to worry about. If it's persistent beyond that, it may be worth seeing a physiotherapist!

    My arms burnt like hell

    • @bellystrong
      @bellystrong  2 года назад

      I always like to think of the burn as muscles changing and getting stronger. As they do, you should find that they hurt less with subsequent workouts!
