I enjoyed this a lot. Normally I have a hard time with following yoga videos, but this one was great. Just enough of a challenge, but not enough to be discouraging. I am definitely keeping up with this.
Every other “work out” ive tried i gave up half way through because of how intense it would feel but this made me feel the burn but also feel relaxed at the same time definitely using this again. Thank you.

I haven't done yoga in years this works well for me! It looks easy but I did sweat a lot and felt better after 20 mins. Especially bcs my body has always been stiff from working in front of the computer all day!

Finally managed to go through a whole workout video without half dying

One of the best yoga routines, it relaxes you like yoga should but also gives you a good workout that actually shows results. Its not repetitive and super hard but flows effortlessly and doesn't get frustrating.

My first time of yoga, I like instructor and easy to understand.... I did it for two days my body all ache after one year of exercising due to my knee pain... Today is the third day feeling much better.....

Yoga is supposed to be done in such a way that it helps both mind and body. At least that's how we do in india. Hence yoga classes are calm and silent. But western version of yoga is just for weight loss. Reducing an and get old practice into aerobics.

Yoga is also a form of meditation and relaxation. I used to be a runner many moons ago and it was when I got into my 20's that was told about Yoga. It does work. It just takes patience and practice like any exercise.
i’ve done this everyday for a week now! it has definitely been doing something, my body ached the next day for the first 3/4 days. although, i am doing this alongside a 15 minute HIT workout :) hope this helps

This actually works! I used to do it during the first lockdown along with workout.it really helps to relax your body, engages in core muscle strength and keeps your mind focused. Also, not very tedious and best to do when your not feeling it!
I like it when exercise videos have “normal” inflexible members doing the poses, otherwise most yogis always seemed super fit & super flexible.
So far, so good, this vid is being added to my exercise list... Funny how the cat totally bombed the vid tho.
