    Thank you for posting this challenge. I have not worked out for 8 weeks now due to a foot injury. When I saw a twenty minute yoga I said "that might not be enough", but half way through I said " when is she going to be finished" I see the Doc this morning so I hope to start dancing and other activities again.

    recently in a motorcycle accident that separated my meniscus and tore my mcl... got fat and outta shape in the subsequent 5 months... this is totally something I can do! thanks for having the ladies doing different levels of ability... and super thanks for making me want to get all the way thru the video... and double super thanks for making me smile while I'm doin it :)

      There are several things for using yoga reduce weight
      Find a suitable program locally or online and stick to it
      Do yoga with a friend so you have another person to encourage you
      (I learned these and why they work on Yaras yoga tactics website )

      Dave Jean-Pierre Awe, thank you for your truly kind words. I've been practicing for about 5 years now. I was inspired after trying my first AcroYoga class. I felt amazing being lifted into the air and had a blast! I knew I wanted to build my strength, flexibility, and balance to aide myself in that sport but also fell in love with the practice of yoga along the way.

      I'd been avid in meditation pratice from videos with gurus, monks, etc. And I made the complete Lifestyle reboot of keeping mind, body, and spirit clean. Learning about Chakras, frequencies. A friend of mine was actually an instructor and the way the art of yoga seemed to liberate the body into its natural state of relaxation, eviscerating the continuous stress we sometimes conciously or unconsciously put upon It and the cathartic results from those I saw pratice it, I started 3 months ago! WITH your videos nonetheless, so I thank you so much for that! I'd really love to see you on some of the channel's Q&A videos as well! You seem very knowledgeable about all things wellness Joy!

      Dave Jean-Pierre Oh wow. That's fantastic to hear! I need to be better at my meditation practice (though I feel yoga is sort of a movement meditation) and have attended guided meditations plus listen to guided meditations on my phone. Awe, that makes me feel so blessed! My dream is to help others and to spread the word of yoga and holistic health so that means the world to me! I've actually gotten a couple requests to join the Q&A. I will have to look to doing that and will keep you posted. ^_^ Would you happen to have any yoga/fitness video requests? Also, please feel free to ask me anything. I'm an open book.

    here's a few ideas for doing yoga to lose weight
    Find a reputable program locally or online and stick to it
    Do yoga with a friend so you have another person to encourage you
    (I read these and the reasons they work on Betwans Yoga Blog site )

    U guys lost your weight just with yoga? Does it really work? M a bot skeptical but I really enjoyed this session. So keen to know if it will actually work like cardio? Because cardio for me is really hard and I can’t gather the courage to do all that run n jog but yoga was very relaxing.

    Hey Joy, i just started the four day weight loss challenge that you have on here. I was just wondering if you recommend doing something else as well to help lose weight while doing the four days plus what did you do other then the four days. I really want to lose weight as fast as possible and get in shape because of my back problems. Any recommendation is appreciated please.

      I alternate the weight loss yoga with yoga for back pain. I guess my back needs strengthening, 'cuz doing downward dog will make it tender. Congrats on bein' one of us "yoga ppl". Plz keep me posted on your progress!

    Wooh! This 2nd challenge ain't near as easy as the First challenge. So I did my first challenge about 7-8 times cuz I just had to build some view muscles first cuz trust me a girl watched the second challenge and I thought "THERE'S NO WAY IN HELL I'LL EVER BE ABLE TO THAT!" And a day in hell is today!! LOVIN LIFE ATM!!!
