been doing this routine at least once a week (trying to get more in). it's short enough that I can do it when i get home form work before i cook dinner, and hard enough that i feel like i actually worked out. Also Julia is the perfect balance of perky and calming...a hard thing to find in a yoga teacher

I usually weight train and do HIIT cardio but I been looking for something to still get the sweat and the burn without having to lift weights or do a lot of jumping cardio stuff! Celebrate your sweat 😂😂 usually I find yoga just relaxing not working towards any weight loss goals for me but your yoga was good. Felt like a good short cardio workout. Lots of good stretches.

Great routine! I generally avoid yoga because it hurts and is boring and I'm really sore after, but this routine felt challenging and fun and it just flew by!

I absolutely loved this video, started yoga this year. At 51 I find myself constantly searching for exercise that will keep my body limber and strong. This really hit the spot with my 4 mile walk today. Loved loved loved how you instructed and always offered a slight tweak to a move saying it is ok. Thank you for offering this for free on You Tube.
