    This woman is so warm and positive and radiates such amazing energy. I was sweating like crazy and the end portion made me cry. I've been struggling with my weight loss journey and she was such a great reminder to be kind to myself

      There are many factors in yoga for reducing weight. One resource I found that successfully combines these is the Yaras yoga tactics (check it out on google) definately the most helpful blueprint that I have ever seen. Check out the unbelievable information .

    Thank you for this video. I want to be able with the head stand, so I'm practicing at home only cause in my country the classes are too simple and not challenge me to improve my balance. I notice that working with you all I'm improving day by day. Thank you so much

    been doing this routine at least once a week (trying to get more in). it's short enough that I can do it when i get home form work before i cook dinner, and hard enough that i feel like i actually worked out. Also Julia is the perfect balance of perky and calming...a hard thing to find in a yoga teacher

    This was my first ever video and first ever trying yoga and I’m so glad I found you today!!! I usually weight train and do HIIT cardio but I been looking for something to still get the sweat and the burn without having to lift weights or do a lot of jumping cardio stuff!     I love this!! I can no longer go to yoga classes in the city so I plan to do things at home but the first few yogis didn't really have the poses I love. Glad that I bumped into you! :)

    Celebrate your sweat 😂😂 usually I find yoga just relaxing not working towards any weight loss goals for me but your yoga was good. Felt like a good short cardio workout. Lots of good stretches.

    I absolutely loved this video, started yoga this year. At 51 I find myself constantly searching for exercise that will keep my body limber and strong. This really hit the spot with my 4 mile walk today. Loved loved loved how you instructed and always offered a slight tweak to a move saying it is ok.
