Holy bicycle crunches! I have so totally hated these so much until today! What an incredible teacher Julia is! So no one has ever explained to me how to do these, I've watched countless ab workouts where you have no time to breathe, you're rushed in move to move - sweating, breathless, dying and cramping! Then come the dreaded bicycle crunch! Noooo! Lol but now...WOW! the best most efficient crunch I have ever done now that I know how to actually do them! Ab game changer! Thanks Julia Marie!

I literally tried a variety of exercises like zumba , aerobics etc but I couldn't keep up with these for even 3 days. Rather yoga has helped me a lot and today is day 8 wow.

And Kudos to your effort and idea of in blending yoga with workouts done at the gym. You are really a true inspirer ❤
I'm slowly moving along through this 30-day program (slowly because I'm doing other physical activities at the same time) and thinking that this yoga series might be the best out of all I've done on RUclips so far. Really great explanations along the way, and Julia's energy is just amazing!
I've been doing this workout for 4 years now, and I love it! I'm just disappointed to see the increase in ads during the workout. It never used to be like this, and it's really demotivating me from continuing in the future. Please get rid of the ads!

This challenge is amazing you explain everything so detailed which really helps, I fall in love with yoga. I usually go swimming twice a week cause it also relaxes me but of course it's closed during lockdown. So I got a bike and I start yoga and I will definitely keep doing yoga.

Loving yoga and it's been a saviour through lockdown. I found that the side plank really hurt my flute and hip and I struggled even to lift without feeling it would give way. Any ideas why this might be happening?
i paused this halfway because the side crunches were just a bit too demanding for my body and I couldn't concentrate, but I will restart this later or tomorrow because its still a great video! thanks !

In the supported side plank, my bottom hip is getting tight when my leg folds in to meet my elbow and fatiguing far faster than my abs. Any tips or ideas for solving this?
I had a hard time finishing this because my wrists hurt in several plank poses. I found my own modification , like on all fours when bringing the leg to the elbow. And I took pauses, a lot, but I finished it although it took me twice the time.
I am having a LOT of wrist pain today on this one. I can't even get balance on the either left hand to right heal or right either Can anyone give me tips, please? Thank you
The talk is to make sure we do it correctly with our injuring ourselves. If you’re ready to go on, we’ll just go on and start on the next move. If u b4 she does just go into child pose and wait. That’s what I do 😀

u probably either dont have ur hips stacked or your hips and legs arent strong enough yet

wrist strech before and after kay hun! take it easy and dont overstrain! 60%efforts only.
This session was the hardest for me so far and I did not like it one bit 😭. I still love this challenge but today just was not a good day for me.

try elbow plank on the side , worked much better for me . Its probably because we cant get the form right.
