I know what you mean! I try not to let the camera see me sweat, but my shoulders and back especially will burn after side plank work 😅

Thanks for letting me know! I've tried to figure it out, and it seems RUclips doesn't display all the videos from a playlist on the home page. To see the rest you have to actually click on the playlist 🙄 I've added notes in the descriptions which will hopefully make finding videos easier!

I am thanks! Been getting a few Braxton Hicks contractions lately which makes me a little nervous/excited. I also love the #shorts update you did recently - such a fun idea :)
@@bellystrong that's so exciting! Every Braxton hick is preparing your body better for labour! Then when you're in labour, each contraction means you're closer to the end!

It's a bit of a balancing game of doing enough to keep you strong, but not so much that is causes a lot of pain. As you go along, try to see if you can identify which kind of moves aggravate your back pain and which ones don't. Then you can stick with the exercises that don't provoke pain and substitute as necessary.
