      Thank you :) I think my watch time is okay, but I have no idea what to compare it to 😅 Glad that the workouts seem to be helping some people though!

    What happen if you doing this becouse sometimes i fill pain in the back and under my stomatch

      Usually if the pain is quite low-level and short-lived, it can be the muscles working hard during the exercise. However, if it's pain that is more than mild, and if it continues for more than 24hours after a workout, then it might be a good idea to slow down or modify.

    I didn't worked out since last year, so can i start with it which I'm in 32 weeks now ?!

      It's always good to check with your doctor before starting activity, but if you do get the go-ahead, try to take things slowly - taking plenty of breaks as needed and keeping things at your own pace :)

      Every person has a different level of fitness, so the same workout may be easy for one person and difficult for another. If you're finding it too challenging, I'd recommend slowing everything down, taking frequent breaks, and only doing as many reps as you can tolerate!

      Your 33wks pregnancy video that I pray practiced with wasn't as challenging
