I’m a guy and recently I find myself trying to learn some information about pregnancy and what exercises you can do when pregnant. You guys may wonder what I’m doing here. I just want to be ready if I ever find my girl, get married, and we decide to have a baby. I’m 24 and single and if I ever find that right girl for me and we finally have a baby, I will do everything for them. I will love them unconditionally. I can’t wait for that day to come.

This is definitely one of my favourite workouts during the second trimester! I do this probably 3-4 times a week because I love it so much! I feel good, healthy and strong after. Thank you!
This was very relaxing for me. I was surprised when it was over. It didn't feel like 27 minutes to me but I guess I was just really into it 😊

I’m currently 23 weeks pregnant and have not done a work out until now. Kinda been feeling extra sad and moody due to quarantine. This workout was perfect for me and baby. I felt happier and more energized after doing it. Not only that, but it worked out and stretched all of my sore muscles. I’m looking forward to doing this daily until baby comes!!! Hi Michelle I have been feeling the same (I'm 27 weeks now). Best of luck with the rest of your pregnancy. Keeping active has been what has saved me mentally from getting too far into my head. While I had dreamed of prenatal yoga classes in person, know that there are others experiencing the same as you and we can be strong together!!
This is such a good workout! I used to workout a lot before I got pregnant. This is the first workout I’ve done after 3 months and I really enjoyed it! I used to do a lot of HIIT and strength workouts so I thought this was going to be easy but I was so wrong. I know my arms and legs will feel it tomorrow! Thanks so much 🙏🏻

Hi, for years before my pregnancy I did workout in the gym 4 days a week, and wait for the pregnancy for years and always fail. Then I quit go to the gym for 1 years and now I am pregnant, it is now my 16th weeks pregnancy. Do you think it is Ok for me to do pregnancy exercises as in your video after I quit workout about 1,5 years?

Really good session - thank you! Very much enjoyed the tiny bit of cardio vs. the yoga stretches at the end. Really felt a lot of time was used for the yoga stretches which was great!

I was just reading an article about how to avoid Rectus Diastase... the new search have actually shown that training transvers muscles under and after pregnancy does not help with RD and it can actually worsen it 🤔

But the professors from Norway and Denmark involved in this study and also experts within this area had an interview with the science magasin saying that training transverse and deep belly muscles worsen the situations as ultrasound scanning have shown that they actually separate muscles further. the science magasin is in Danish but I will send it anyway in case you decide to read it with google translate. So right now I am not sure if I should train my belly muscles or not. I am week 18 now☺️ by the way thank you very much for all the nice videos and your effort ❤

Am I the only one who eats before I workout in the morning? Just because am extremely hungry as soon as I wake up
for sure you are not the only one who eats! I think many pregnant women wake up hungry and need to eat right away and that is totally okay!

This was great! Half way through week 15 and exercise really helps me as baby is getting bigger and starting to stretch me out. The stretching especially offers some relief. Thank you!

Omg im so outta shape 😅 im 23 weeks.. i havent worked out in months (since before i got pregnant). This has beena very toigh pregnancy. I list weight because i was so sick. I couldnt even keep down water. I became so weak. Im finally feeling some energy (after spending the last few months sleeping). I wamted to start working out cause i feel shitty how lazy i been. Anf this actually took my breath.. 😅😅

You are so welcome :) Some do it 2-3 x per week. Other's do a video daily and a few do 2 videos per day (or a video + walk). Depends on what your current level of fitness is, how you are feeling and what fits into your schedule. I tried to do some movement daily during pregnancy (when I was feeling well enough).
I really like this video - it feels like I'm working out but it's still gentle enough to do at the end of a workday. However I noticed I always have some soreness in the area of my tailbone at the end. Is that anything to worry about?

Hi Shanthi! Congratulations on your pregnancy! Yes, that can be a challenging one. Are you able to stand in front of a chair or couch and put one foot up on the chair, then let your knee fall out (if right leg let your knee fall out to the right) then just bend over as much as feel like a light stretch.

I'm in my 26 weeks. I have very bad pain in both sides of upper abdomen. Can you suggest me some exercises to relieve this pain? It pains mostly in seating position and in lying position 😪 😔.

Me and my wife do it together every morning. Love it. Please make it like Emi Wong workout videos. She teaches the step first and then timer starts. This would improve the video.

This is my 2nd pregnancy doing your RUclips classes Jessica & they have been truly amazing because in-person yoga classes are still not possible during Covid. My 1st baby was born in May 2020 at the beginning of lockdown & your videos prepped me so well for the 6 weeks of lockdown before her birth. This my second pregnancy.My first pregnancy was a c-section.Can i do this exercise?
As long as your doctor has approved pregnancy exercise this should be safe even if you had a c-section after your last baby. If you aren't sure you can take the video in and check with your doctor :)
