36 weeks and 4 days here !! I thought I wasn’t gonna be able to make it today for my workout because I woke up with a lot of hip pain today but once I finished with your 25 and 15 min workout today u I feel so much better and pain went away !!! Love your videos !!💕💕

36 weeks and 3 day’s today and I used to workout a lot before pregnancy but then I stopped When I found out 😅. i started getting back into it slowly recently but haven’t be constant about it so I was worried I couldn’t do it but I did 😊

36 weeks 2 days today. Been following and doing your workouts from 12 weeks pregnancy. 2nd trimester was the best for me. I’m now feeling heavier so struggling quite a bit😂 but still here.

I am 36+2 i made this exercise yesterday and today i have little muscle aches should i rest couple days? 😊
Some muscle ache is quite common and usually resolves in 48hrs. You could rest for 1-2 days before the next workout :)
I turn 25 weeks pregnant tomorrow and I just found your channel. Can I start these exercise routines even though I have not been exercising regularly (unless you count chasing toddlers and house cleaning)?
Hi and congrats on the pregnancy :) Chasing toddlers and house cleaning can be a pretty good workout! If your pregnancy is low risk, then I'd say try it out, but maybe just takes things at a slower pace to start with. Pause for breaks if you need them, and if you feel good the next 1-2 days after (not too sore), then you've probably worked out at the right level. I think the important thing is just to take things at your own pace. I hope this helps, but please let me know if you have any other questions!

What is the advantage of this work out?

It's surprising how much of a sweat you can get on in just 15 minutes 😅 Another great workout, but damn this belly is getting in the way now!
It's all of that baby weight - making even the simplest things effortful! Just a few more weeks 😄
can i do this workout in my 3rd trimester if i did not workout till now in my whole pregnancy?
If you've been cleared for exercise by your doctor and you take things at your own pace, you may be able to!
How often does this work out?
You could do it maybe 2-4 times a week. How ever often you feel comfortable doing it!
36 weeks delivery is normal or not
I believe 37 weeks is generally considered full-term, but there are women who do give birth safely earlier than this!
