How many times must it be done in a week?
Really it depends on the person, you could do it daily if your body feels good, and maybe just a few times a week if you need recovery days!
Are you on week 31, and how many kilos do you gain?
Yes I was 31 weeks when I filmed this. And I gained around 17kg overall through the pregnancy!
