    This was really good, thank you! I kept up with my regular HIIT/circuit training workouts til about Week 32, when they just started completely wiping me out, and not in a good way!! Your workouts keep me strong and leave me feeling great 💪

      That's totally fine. Sometimes I'll pile some couch cushions behind me so you can still do the lying exercises, but with the torso elevated.
