Doing this video all over again in my second pregnancy! 13 weeks in and it was a rough first trimester so I'm slowly easing back into movement. Your videos are such a blessing to me!

I keep coming back to this routine because it feels incredible! Also, I was wondering do you have any maternity leggings recommendations?

I tried to include as many useful releases as possible, so it's good to hear you're coming back to it :) I used Danskin maternity leggings which I found pretty comfortable, but didn't actually give any other brands a try although I'm sure there are plenty of other good ones!

Thank you for this video 💜
I’ve been having a tight stomach pain for a while what stretches would be good to help loosen my stomach up and prepare for 3rd trimester? I am currently 21 weeks
I worked out and did lots of abs before I was pregnant but once I became pregnant I stopped fully and I am regretting it now. So glad I found your channel to try and get my body on track and ready

There are a few stretches here that may be helpful: ruclips.net/video/WOhUyyFZlUM/видео.html
And core work can be so helpful to provide stability during pregnancy. I know it also really made my recovery a lot smoother!
