I’ve been suffering from “something” my doctors cannot figure out. They won’t called it IC. They just shut and say “see you in three months”. :( Your videos give me great relief and calming sensation. Thank you! I am so glad I found you! This video helped TREMENDOUSLY today.
@@jaded9886 keep trying other videos from this creator. She has many others. She's been helping me and I've been working out a lot more by lifting weights and taking more walks. I will see a pelvic floor physical therapist in September. I hope to get more answers there as well! Good luck to you!
I was just recently diagnosed with IC. I went 14 nights in a row getting up every 15 minutes to go to the bathroom. Of course, there was very little urine each time, but I HAD to get up, because staying in bed or falling asleep was not an option. I tried everything recommended by my doctor and everything I read about online, EXCEPT exercise. I finally decided to try exercise. I did them both of Dr. Melissa's IC workouts at around 5 pm, the time I start experiencing symptoms. I slept through the night. I was worried it was just a fluke, but I did them again last night and slept through the night. These exercises were the only thing I changed. If this actually keeps working, I will consider it my miracle cure. I am very grateful. If you add more IC workouts, I will do those, too.

I have been in an IC flare up for the entire month. I feel as if I am starting to just now get mild relief from the flare but still experience some pressure and discomfort after using the bathroom. Hi Dr. Melissa!! I've been using these IC classes which have been Soo helpful. What I'm actually dealing with is a bartholin cyst that has recurred 4x back-to-back, so super painful, marsupialized 2x and now getting excised next month.
