    आपका तरीका नया और बेहतरीन होने वाला है क्युकि workout में ज्यादातर केप्सन डाल देते है लेकिन आप की style को workout in yoga style नाम दे सकते है कारण- आप workout को योगा की तरह explain कर रहे हो जिससे exercise के साथ ध्यान केन्द्रित करने में आसानी रहती है
