    Stretching (Flexibility) training, in general, can increase your range of movement, improve your posture, help to ease exercise-related muscle aches, and even help prevent injury, so it’s worth taking the time to include stretching as a regular feature in your workout routine.

    This 20 minutes Beginners FULL BODY STRETCHING ROUTINE is a great way to start your flexibility training. Take your time with it - don’t rush, and make sure you maintain the correct form while stretching.
    For each stretch, reach only a point of mild discomfort and then focus on allowing your muscles to lengthen by relaxing into the stretch as you exhale.

    Very wonderfuly done, mere body muscles me bht zada pain hain due to hard exercises after gap and also because of hiking, i was finding something like this, and I did 20 min stretching with you and feel a little relax, I will practice this twice a day to streach my muscles and than move to other strength training again, Thank you, love from Pakistan.

      Stretching se flexibility badhti hai.
      Jisse aap movement acchi tarah se kar paoge. Jisse aap workout sahi form me kar paoge. Aur ultimately fit banoge aur jhada calorie burn 🔥 kar paoge.
      Toh weight loss karna aasan ho jayega aapke liye.
      Isliye stretching karna jaroori hai.
