Just watched this video, first of your videos I have seen. Very good info and certainly helpful as I have just started to use the wide grip deadlift myself. I'll definitely be checking out your other videos 👍

Which is easiest ? Wide grip vs normal shoulder width or less? Which one has more range of motion

Is this a solid approach to building general strength and muscle? Sumo deadlift Monday, SLDL Wednesday, and snatch deadlift Friday. It seems the benefits would be from a similar movement pattern three days a week taxing different musculature throughout: the adductors and glutes on Monday, the hamstrings and lower back on Wednesday, and the quads and upper back on Friday. Is this reasonably accurate? In some regards deadlifting three days a week sounds like a one way ticket to snap-city. Curious on your thoughts!

Snap city 💀💀💀my humble opinion is that if you do low weight with the snatch it’s not too much of a problem, as long as you’re focusing on training your nervous system to get used to the more dynamic movement pattern. For sumo and SL I would say bias slightly towards the one that targets your weaker areas and chill out on the one where you’re already strong in.
