    you can tell the expert level when he takes his times on perfect mobility technique and squats 10kg as if he was doing 200. The strap advice was the cherry on top!

      He squats like a hydraulic press, perfect symmetry and minimal deviations from a straight bar path.

      @@benjamingardner3314 I’m telling you bro. He is so powerful and looks exactly the same at 40KGs and he does at 200KG. This takes years of being trained well to achieve. Most don’t like that type of hard work and are lazy to perfect their physiques. Bravo to him

    Thank you for an awesome video! I would love to see a video on the warmup before a competition. When to start warming up? How many lifts to take? Everybody has an opinion on this but I would love to hear Oleksiy's approach especially because most of the time it's explained in a couple minutes and it's not very in-depth.

    Excellent description of proper bar position for clean or front squat and mobility exercises needed. This tight
    Powerlifter is going to attempt increasing mobility to add some front squats and powercleans with push press. Liked The point to use ur hand and dont short cut other methods of holding the bar. Using straps should help.

Kannst es Dir ja übersetzen lassen.😉 Dein Video ist genial weil ich mit den Übungen sehr vorsichtig und erstmal nur mit Holzstange, meine Schulterschmerzen loswerde.     Алексей, спасибо что балуете нас новыми обучающими материалами.
    В будущих выпусках хотелось бы освещения следующих моментов.
    1. Нюансы техники при особенностях антропометрии. К примеру, как быть со стартовой позицией, если у атлета более длинная голень по отношению к бедру?
    Я вижу 3 варианта.
    - когда таз более низко по отношению к коленям, но тогда бедра не смогут развить свою максимальную мощность
    - когда таз высоко и спина слишком накрывает штангу, тогда съем спиной, а не бедрами
    - когда колени выступают за локти, но тогда колени выступают за локти)
    2. Хотелось бы услышать рассуждения на тему особенностей тренировочного процесса ведущих сборных, какие плюсы/минусы.
    В частности интересуют болгарская и советская школа образца 80-х и нынешние китайская и иранская. И есть ли отличия нынешней украинской школы от старой советской?

    Thank you for the drills. Any suggestions for frozen shoulder? I have about 95% mobility on my left shoulder now but when it comes to back squats, I lose the grip cause it's too painful.
