Banded ham string curls are no joke..the constant tension really feels different than machines. I prefer them to the machine now.

That was amazing! So many options I have never seen, with equipment I already have! There was a Nordic curl I have seen somewhere, where you tie something under the door. I was initially looking for that, but I think these are better 💯👍💪🙏🙏

This was very helpful! I am going to implement the dumbell bench curls and the rowing seat curls. I discovered an isometric online for hammies that just uses your legs. That has really fired up my hams as well.
