Solid content. I switched to minimalist training when I had my son and haven’t looked back. For me it’s either 2 days in the gym or nothing at all. And those two days, following many of the principles you’ve outlined have been shockingly beneficial for my strength and muscle mass. If I try to be in the gym more I burnout and miss multiple months. Any more insight you can share in this realm would be great.
I'm with you on all of this. The added benefit of 2 days per week is that I'm mentally and physically recovered and ready to hit the gym with significant intensity, consistently over time. I almost never have an "off" workout.
My joints also appreciate the recovery time.
Sounds like you've found a good set up for your self.
Can you share your program?
Just like me, when I had kids I decided to go down to 2 days a week... Certainly the best thing I've ever done, I've been very consistent and seeing good progress.

Hope you’re alright man! Haven’t seen any new content in a while. Love the channel regardless!
thanks Sam, keep the excellent Info. & Vids coming.
Glad you enjoyed it!
Nice. Been trying to get in my workouts but have been super busy
Perfect methodology. Thanks for the video.
Glad you enjoyed it!
Ah great video and refresher!
Thank you so much!
Looking forward to the video, thanks for sharing
Awesome content as always 💪🏼
Appreciate it!
I might recommend a follow up that takes into account those with orthopedic issues. I have a Spondy and am very conservative opting for higher volume with perfect form to minimize risk of injury.
Can't wait for the at home video 😊
Hope to get it out in a few weeks!
3 days a week for sbt 45-60 minutes with 5-6 exercises pushed hard and a decent diet is more than enough for most average people to be in great shape
You wont look like a fitness guru , but youll be above average and to be honest thats the most realistic you can hope for unless you want to make fitness your top priority
Thanks Samuel for what you do, greetings from Italy grazieee
Thank you so much!
Interesting choice for the supersets. You also don't just say supersets but specifically smart supersets. I get that you can make not-so-smart pairings, but what makes them particularly smart when compared to perhaps more typical supersets like antagonistic supersets or 2 non competing upper or lower body exercises?
Great info, could you do a video on favourite rep range/program for bench press & squats
Definitely could do something on that.
any videos coming soon?
20/80 rule. 20% effort for 80% result.
I’m an over 60 female and just starting. What exercises do you suggest?
Look for the basic 2 to 3 day full body workout split, this is the basic to start with but very effective
Much more information is needed, what's your current fitness level, any injuries, ailments, medical limitations, do you have a gym, are you working out at home, what are your goals etc
Faking great brahhhhh
