I just this this routine after a dance cardio workout, and not only did I feel the burn in my core, it also helped me cool down and relax... I'll do it again, for sure!

Wow... Most of my body except my abs have been extremely sore after my first week taking a bunch of classes at a gym and today was my rest day but I wanted to do a bit of ab work but mostly needed to stretch. This worke, my lower back pain has miraculously vanished . I feel like someone on a tele-evanelist program: "I have been cured! It is a miracle!"

try to keep the moves smooth. it's not easy especially when you are approaching exhaustion. but just try your best to avoid the "popping" at the start of each move. it lowers the effect of moves, and can potentially hurt yourself.
Great burn, didn't feel like 10 minutes at all, though. Went by quickly, good verbal instruction. A lot of times, these yoga poses can be tough because you can look at your phone while you do it.
