I just feel like sharing this, my friend has had body image issues for a long time so this quarantine I asked her to do yoga instead of just talking about losing weight and I knowingly asked her to do yoga with adriene. 2 weeks in she told me that she no longer cares about losing weight and instead how yoga is making her body feel, she wants to learn balance and gain strength. Thank you so much adriene, I'm forever grateful.
Omg, i just had the same epiphany today. For years I cared about getting into shape to look good. But today, I accepted having a belly and small chest, and decided to focus on the kinesthetics instead of the aesthetics. Kudos to your friend!
I love coming back to this one over and over again, sometimes when I don't have time for a longer session, but mostly added on to another session. My abs are getting stronger! Yes to those who are asking for more quick core workouts! I would love some more too. As always, thank you, Adriene, for everything you do!
I know this is older content but it just goes to show how archiving your work can help a teacher pass knowledge along over many years. Super grateful for all of your work.
I started targeting my core two months ago with Yoga with Adriene and my stretch marks and diastasis recti are about 40% gone. I had hidden my stomach most of my life, but especially after I noticed how saggy my belly was after my second pregnancy/birth. Over the past 2 years I have tried scrubs, workouts, etc... but saw very little results. But now... I am so excited by my progress. It is a miracle. So many women go through this belly shame and even do surgery to try to correct it. But here I am in my basement, doing Yoga with Adreine daily and it is healing and I am getting strong. I am so crazy inspired and am going to continue until it is 100%. Thank you!
Did this after day 15 of your awesome 30 days of Yoga. You can be really proud of yourself and your content, when years later people are still enjoying your videos so very much.
Same for me! It was also very efficient because I was about to to take a break but it was over then :) felt really good that I was able to do the whole thing and my abs are burning!
Thank you, this was helpful! I love your yoga-it’s challenging, but focused on respect and healing for the body rather than looks or control. It’s been so helpful for me.
I expected this to feel much longer than six minutes, but it actually felt much shorter. Definitely an abs practice to return to. Trust! Trust day 24. 232 days in a row.
also to anyone who needs a little more YWA time this Monday... I just complemented the core workout with the quick 19 min Yoga Joy vinyasa flow video and it was exactly what a Monday calls for 👏🏼👌🏼🧡💛🌈🌸wonderful week to all
I love this favourite Quickie, needing some extra neck hammocking 🤣 but that’s ok, really feeling a strong core building and so safe on our backs for us senior yogis 😊👍🙏 I’m swapping tomorrow’s meditation practice maybe for some more core work 🤔 🧘🏼♀️🧘🏻♀️🙏💕
Thank you so much. I discovered your channel today, and have watched 2 of your videos. I feel so much better! I'm in 8th grade, and I have really been trying to do a lot more yoga. Both of my parents have back issues, and both of them have been over weight in the past. The weight put too much pressure on their back, bones, etc. and are teaching me to eat healthy and exercise. Yoga is the perfect exercise for me!
Good morning, Fellow Travelers of the Mat ,Today practice went by so quickly I will try to add it to a regular part my practice . Looking forward to seeing you tomorrow on the mat . 😀🖖
I am not at all motivated in the slightest to work out. I wish I was, but I am just not. Thank you for making this video; it's just short enough where I can actually convince myself to do it. I'm hoping after consistent time of only having to commit to 6 minutes, I'll be in better physical standing to where I will feel motivated enough to do more. My tummy is starting to make me uncomfortable with how I look, but after 6 minutes of this every day I know I'll be shaping it up! You gotta start somewhere! Thank you!
Namaste everybody. I salute you from Puerto Rico, I'm from Mexico, and I have been traveling for a short while. Today I felt homesick, and without energy. I did this practice with great effort and now I'm grateful. Thank you Adriene, and all of you in FWFG Community
We would like more like this. Quick CORE workouts. My friend and I have been doing this for 2 weeks and we can finally get through the whole video without stopping. You are making us stronger Adriene! We love you!!! Please more quick cores :)
Day 23 Reset, this is one of my favourites which I add to my daily practice once in a while due to its work on abdomen! I don't have much time to do other sports so some sort of quickie power yogas are benefical in addition to some slow mindful daily practices!
You can tell she really try’s to make these types of videos about positive things in the body and not just a another core video. I know it’s probably not what she want everyone to focus on when they think about yoga, but i do appreciate videos like this as well has her other stuff. You can find strength building stuff all over, but none of them teach you to love your body and in turn the process of gaining strength like Adriane does ❤️
I will be skipping this practice today because my lower back is hurting not sure if I over stretched it in bed last night or what. I was thinking about doing the no fear practice as well, but I don’t want to be in more pain. Thank you Adriene for reminding me to take care of myself, and listen to what I need. Edit: I’ll be doing either your lower back love or yoga for lower back pain.
Requests: Yoga for gratitude, Yoga for protection, Yoga for truth, Yoga for peace, Yoga for love, Yoga for harmony (I found all these, but wondering if they could all be part of one practice? so I can do it daily.) Thank you so much for everything. you are part of the highlight of my days these days, and I'm very grateful for this channel. Thanks again.
Wow. I was thinking "Okay a quick little thing to get my stomach muscles working" but those are so hard to do slowly and after a minute I felt like I was shaking. After the video my abs are burning! Such a great short workout that really got my muscles working more than doing these moves quickly would.
the second day on this workout and I'm feeling it already. Love your quick workouts. I do one all week then find another, they are great for me as I'm starting the yoga with Adriene journey. hoping to work up to the longer workouts in the future. I have back and hip issues so a little goes a long way. thanks, Adriene for these small quick workouts.
I love your yoga for abs and core videos so much, I feel like they really work and they help me to get a workout in without getting in my head about my body
Hi Adriene, I was wondering if your could do a video on poses to do in bed, like before you go to bed and then when you wake up?? i would greatly, greatly, greatly appreciate it! ♥♥♥
Yoga With Adriene Hi Adriene! This was so amazing, quick, but i feel that burn :). I did it because i injured my knee when i was jumping and it still bit hurts when im doing jumps etc. Maybe it would be amazing to do something for knee pain haha! :).
+Yoga With Adriene Hi Adriene! I love your videos!! I am a ballet dancer and I wanted to make a request for a yoga for doing the splits video. Keep up the awesome videos :D :D
Love this one Adrienne!! 3rd attempt on this video and I could FINALLY keep up with you!!! Love your channel it's always there when I need it! I really need it now.. I am attempting yoga everyday for every day of 2017. So everyday for 88 days, so far, I have watched and yoga-ed to your videos!!
It’s amazing to see the way that Adrienne has held so true to herself throughout the years. I started watching just a couple years ago and stumbled across this video looking for a real and supportive work out and was having a hard time finding that on RUclips because a lot of it focused on sexiness and sexy this and that. Thank you Adrienne for painting the story of womanhood and personhood in a way that’s positive uplifting and doesn’t just focus on women being portrayed just as sexual objects. To be and feel sexy is wonderful but when thats all you can find, and often of women with the same body types it starts to make you second guess your value, worth etc. I’m a humble, natural down to earth woman and just want to say from my perspective thank you for being so real and for fostering inner growth as much as outer growth.
Adrienne I have done yoga for 3 years after stumbling across your videos, even though consistently on and off. I love your videos and what they’ve done for me. Thank you 100000 times
Decided today to start throwing some ab yoga in the mix. Made myself a little playlist with quite a few of Adrienne's ab videos. Hit shuffle an this was the first one that come up. Let me tell you am I glad it was. Lol Might be short but is is mighty. Thank you for doing these.
ADRIENE! I NEED MORE OF THESE! I am so grateful to have found these! I’ve done yoga every day for 8 years (and started following you about 3 years ago). One year ago I dislocated my shoulder and doctors still haven’t been able to figure out how to fix it. I have been so frustrated trying to substitute alternate poses and killing the flow, I’ve stopped doing yoga. Yoga is the only thing that kept me sane and I struggle with mental illness and it was my salvation
This video was great. It was gentle yet challenging. Usually ab workouts kill my lower back. I felt some pain in this workout in the lower back but mostly the challenge to the abs. I'm so glad I discovered this channel!
Thanks as I continue this pairing with Risk taker for Re-Set. Grounding and Core, oh yay! Namaste to all practising and seriously why am I not doing this flow more?!!!!
I have pretty awful carpal tunnel and wanted a whole body, short and sweet yoga video that I could do this morning. This hit the spot just right. Thanks adriene!
Hi adriene! I love this video so much because it's a quick mindful check in and it's also hard! With two little ones running around, I usually don't have time for your 40 minute videos but short ones are great. I am officially requesting more short vids please! thanks so much, keep doing what you're doing. you rock!
Every time I try to do a regular youtube ab workout I notice how ineffective it feels because the focus is usually on doing a lot of quick repetitions instead of doing a few mindful ones. I always end up coming back here because I notice what a huge difference it makes to really notice what your body is doing and how it feels even before you get started and then to keep checking in throughout. Thanks for opening me up to this Adriene! Your videos have really made a difference in my life in more than one way!
I'm totally new to yoga. I've done ur vids for 1 month (which r the best on youtube, imo) I want to say THANK YOU and also ask: why are you soooooo AWESOME?!. *hugs from a yogi*
Yes, I lost a day, I thought today was 23rd, hey no! it is the 24th so I basically have done 3 practices today, teach me to be more mindful and stay with the present, Big lesson. Thanks Adriene, sure do love you just the same, constantly having our back and very reassuring and rewarding, you have amazing teaching skills, you make us want to go on, by keeping us focused and interested. Thanks Buddy a million times over ❤️ Namaste🧘🏽♂️
I never thought I would enjoy Yoga. I did the 30 day challenge after Savannah Guthrie mentioned on the Today Show. I was looking for something to do at home in the mornings during this pandemic nightmare. Well, I fell in love with it! Adriene is an amazing, funny, wonderful instructor. After the 30th day and had to continue and today is my day 2 of this video. I look better, feel better and have something to look forward every morning. I'm in love with my new healthy morning routine. PS my puppy is also right by my side every morning..
I am much older than u and I want u to know that I enjoy your class very much. And u have this sense of fun which I think is really valuable. Thank you
I definitely agree with Sami! Everytime (which is not often) that i try to watch a different yoga channel I just can't do it. You're personality and vibe is just so bright but gentle, very engaging! Oh and we all love Benji
I’m a beginner and not young, not new to yoga but reentering after many years pause and I find all your core videos WAY beyond what my body is capable of. I would love to find some core practice for beginners / older folks / out of shape people so that we can work our way up to being able to join one of these videos. Thanks for what you do, I love your teaching style ☺️🙏
I have been trying to find the exercise that feels and suits me best, and yoga has fulfilled all my needs I feel so less stressed and tense, as I suffer from a LOT of health complications such as weak digestive tract. Yoga has smoothed most of those things out so I praise and appreciate the time you take to give those willing to try lessons on yoga, thanks Adriene, you are awesome!
I suffer from tight muscles that a TBI gave me several years ago. These yoga sessions/videos really help me to relax in ways that I hadn't thought of before. Thank you! ❤️
I started doing yoga years ago with u. Your “yoga for beginners” helped me a lot loving this. And I love how u always come back to the beginners. Even after all the years thank u Adrienne ♥️
I am often so unmotivated to dedicate myself to a long workout and keep it up but this is so short and sweet (although hard!) that I can keep it up! Definitely a quarantine fave!
I am so grateful I found Yoga with Adriene! She makes me excited to do my yoga each day and I prefer it over live classes as I can do it when I want to in my own time and space.
I sincerely want to apologise to Adriene for missing out so much this month:( school has been hectic and I just started doing workouts yesterday. I plan to get back to yoga today and hopefully I won't be missing anymore classes. I really missed yoga💜
HI!! I love your yoga! Its amazing and easy follow. I started yoga after my car accident and it has made such a huge difference! My friends got me a yoga wheel and I would LOVE if you could do some videos on how to use it and some yoga sessions with the yoga wheel. I have found other videos but they seemed a bit complicated. ahaha. Anyways, That is my request yoga wheel yoga! hahaha, HI to Benji!
Hi, Kevin one of your male students here. Great video. When I use to do karate classes regularly we did something similar to strengthen abs, and we would pulse the feet a legs/few inches toward the ceiling in the same position as your vid shows. Love your stuff!
Magnesium supplements can help with cramps. I had painful cramps for years until I had surgery for endometriosis. Now it's been years since I've experienced cramps. Maybe see gynecologist to find out the root cause.
I am currently on a gym ban due to health reasons, and I was recommended to start yoga as a way of exercise. While I was a little doubtful to begin with as I've always been a really strong gym goer, I can honestly say yoga feeds my desire to work out and I thoroughly enjoy it! I did a few youtube tutorials before Adriene and she's the only one that makes me feel comfortable and relaxed, definitely going to keep it up!
Love this video. More abs video under 10 or 5 minutes. The short video is great because we are so busy but we still want some Yoga every day. Thank you.
My son (18 yo) challenged me to do this 30 day challenge. I am SO THANKFUL he did. It's a great way to break up a covid-19 day, and I feel so much less stress in my entire body after just 4 days. THANKS!
I love all your videos! I just finished the 30 day challenge. I would greatly appreciate it if when you return you could do a video on postpartum abdominal repair or something like that. Thank you so much for your videos!
Short and sweet but boy I'm feeling it in my abs! Thank you Adriene! I feel like I can return to this daily and will see a difference...oh, just noticed the similar comments below. Yep, I too was surprised that it ended so fast. But it had a LOT of impact. Good moves!
Hi Adriene! This was a killer! Thank you for taking the time to make this... still not sure how you can talk and do this at the same time lol but I'm sure we'll all get there in time! Would you mind making a video/series on building pelvic floor muscles? If you already have, do you mind directing me to them?
Normally I can keep up with a yoga sequence, but not this one! Guess that means I checked in with my abs and they said, "Help! We need work!" Will have to keep coming back to this one until I can actually do it. Thanks for the workout, Adriene!
Hi Adriene, could you please make another 30 day yoga challenge leading to a certain pose, most people do it on instagram but some of us dont know to get there on our own
Day 24 trust I am struggling with depression and today was a really hard day where I felt like I couldn’t do anything. I am feeling so much better for getting to do this practice. Thanks Adriene

Thanks Buddy a million times over ❤️ Namaste🧘🏽♂️
Just what I needed...added it to Day 28 of 30 days of Yoga with Adriene for an afternoon pick-me-up on my Staying Safe, Staying Home Memorial Day! :)
Just what was needed while on holiday, and on a hard hotel floor😝.
Reset day 23. 354 days in a row.
OMG you're getting closer to 365 William!!!!
@@astridlim5512 Yes, not easy at hotels and friends' houses but keeping track will keep me going.
Thank you
Thank you for the feedback Sami!! Enjoy!
Day 24.I completed it.Thank you Adriene 🙏❤️
I love coming back to this video! You’ve came so far Adriene, but the older videos are just as good as the new ones 🙃. Merry Christmas!
I never really liked much of Yoga till I found this series. Now I have to admit I'm loving this.
This is such an amazing 6 minutes. I’m committing to 6 months on the mat every single day and this was an amazing first day.. thank you
I have been trying to find the exercise that feels and suits me best, and yoga has fulfilled all my needs I feel so less stressed and tense, as I suffer from a LOT of health complications such as weak digestive tract. Yoga has smoothed most of those things out so I praise and appreciate the time you take to give those willing to try lessons on yoga, thanks Adriene, you are awesome!
veganzilla5h4ne Hey guys I love Adrienne she inspired me to start my own channel. Please check me out
I suffer from tight muscles that a TBI gave me several years ago. These yoga sessions/videos really help me to relax in ways that I hadn't thought of before. Thank you! ❤️
“Whoever requested, I blame you!” 😂! Namaste and have a great day!
Wow that was hard, thank you Adriene!
If you are reading this, have a super day!

Thank you Adriene ☀️
Day24 Trust May’21
See you tomorrow 🧘🏻♀️
Namaste 🙏🏻
happy to revisit
will try to do this flow regularly
namaste to all practising and May the ab intention begins (fingers crossed!)
Loved it--back-to-back repeated!
I am so grateful I found Yoga with Adriene! She makes me excited to do my yoga each day and I prefer it over live classes as I can do it when I want to in my own time and space.
It didn't feel like 8 minutes! You're amazing. Thank you!
Thanks Adriene for the six minute Abs workout.......that's about all I could have done. I love practicing with you very much!!!
I sincerely want to apologise to Adriene for missing out so much this month:( school has been hectic and I just started doing workouts yesterday. I plan to get back to yoga today and hopefully I won't be missing anymore classes. I really missed yoga💜
I wish you the best of luck with everything!❤️
@@KyleBrooker67 thank you so much!
Happy Birthday Adriene on this Day 29 of Build September 2020 from Kelowna, BC, Canada!
Hi, Kevin one of your male students here. Great video. When I use to do karate classes regularly we did something similar to strengthen abs, and we would pulse the feet a legs/few inches toward the ceiling in the same position as your vid shows. Love your stuff!
Oh, and could you make a video with poses that can ease the pain of menstrual cramps?
Sharman ultrastrong is there any good video out there yet? Thanks:)
lucyluuu17 a few yoga videos for that. Adrienne have a sick one

Great ideia!
Magnesium supplements can help with cramps. I had painful cramps for years until I had surgery for endometriosis. Now it's been years since I've experienced cramps. Maybe see gynecologist to find out the root cause.
Great Ab workout! with gratitude, deb
I have a lot of homework but I still enjoy yoga! Namaste 🧘♂️🧘♀️
THANKS!
Hi Adrienne, I was wondering if you could do a video on strengthening 'Pelvic Floor Muscles' it would be a great help for me, thank you x
Hi adriene, i am loving your channel. i am new to yoga but at this stage i am loving it. Thanks for making yoga enjoyable and relaxing.
Good moves!
Wooohoo.. ❤️❤️ Got an instant sensation of my to-be abs
Just the ticket for the end of the day. Perhaps I should indeed have added to another practice, but, well, this will do for today. Thank you!
I still do this practice every day. Thank you.
Hi Adriene! This was a killer! Thank you for taking the time to make this... still not sure how you can talk and do this at the same time lol but I'm sure we'll all get there in time! Would you mind making a video/series on building pelvic floor muscles? If you already have, do you mind directing me to them?
Thank you Adriene ☀️
Day23 Reset Sept’21
See you tomorrow 🧘🏻♀️
Namaste 🙏🏻
