@@vorpal647 I have got good results. Not something extraordinary but good results. I did have a reduction in my lower belly as well. I had paired this workout with balanced diet and a jogging session of 25-30 mins.
Love this workout showing the working muscle. I will do it every day and see if I can lose my stomach fat. The 30 secs breathing break every 2 workout is not necessary for me. I like that 5 secs before the next move giving time in between. I will try to do 60 secs on each exercise without the 30 secs break. I want to feel the stomach sore.😂 Thanks again!
But I'm told there's no such thing as spot reduction and that we lose fat only from creating a calorie deficit in our body. Body structure can however be improved by building muscle
