Make sure you are engaging your abs and keep your core tight while do the exercises. Don't over do it warm up to the routine as it takes time to build the ab strength to do this routine most efficiently.
I have lower back issues, and was told to strengthen my abs to help take the strain off my back.. definitely going to try theses stretches.
