I tried to do many of these 10 minutes earlier. My arms gave out...I'll have to work my shoulders,since these pushups HURT(The Kneeling & Diamond ). Nowhere NEAR doing 100 of either...yet. Once my shoulder presses are 75lb PER ARM,I may get 50+ of each pushup...and later,100.
I'm too tired but we have to hold on soldier 💪🥵😤

I do 30 push-ups ever day and doing this workout with it make it hard but, day 1 done I keep you updated 😁😊
