No joke. I started doing planks and in like 8 days I could see abs forming. I love doing them because it requires such a short amount of your time but you can really push yourself too.
Делаю планку каждый день, также сотню , на пресс , на ноги , спину. Никак нельзя похудеть просто тренируясь . Питание играет большую роль. А все упражнения , надо выполнять обсолютно правильно. Та- же планка , её надо делать так, чтобы пот тек , все мышцы при этом в работе , лучше сделать меньше, но правильно.
Самое главное, чтобы пропотели, если не пропотеть, то толку не будет, здесь важна правильность выполнения, Вы правильно сказали, но и очень важен темп и интенсивность, и внутреннее внимание и сосредоточенность на выполнении каждого движения, осмысленное, чтобы сработала нейромышечная связь головы и мышц.........Вам: здоровья крепкого и удачи,хорошо что любите заниматься!!!! изначальный вес твой какой? и какой рост? и до этого занимался ли вообще? Представь человека ростом 180 см и с весом 100кг. Нетренированный умрёт после первого упражнения.
@@niodix могу сказать за себя - лет 10 нихрена не делал воще, месяца два как начал отжиматься и в планке простой стоять. Первый раз было тяжко, но данный комплекс вывожу, делаю уже 2ую неделю ежедневно как напоролся на этот видос.

Just did it haven't trained like that in a while ..man what a workout... has to cut short on two exercises 10 seconds...but I will maintain this and keep going to complete without stopping early ...regardless I'm pretty impressed I'm soaking wet..in such a short time.. much more then I would doing bike for 20 minutes with a few high-speed sprints..THANK YOU

At 63, I have no idea why I watched this workout. I wish all of you the best of luck. If you’re capable, it looks like an amazing workout. I just have to be careful of blowing things out that can kill me.
This is a great core/upper body workout. Short but challenging.
Plank jacks are my favorite! They really get the heart rate up while working the core. Can't wait to try all the variations from this video.
