This is a super fast full body fat burning cardio session, low impact, with absolutely no jumping involved. Get your steps in without leaving the house, and significantly increase your calorie burn for the day.
This is a fast paced, explosive workout that will make you break a sweat and leave you energized and refreshed. Try to keep up with me, but if some of the moves feel too fast, just slow down and go at your own pace. Please use your own music if that's what usually gets you in a pumped mood!
I post daily easy at home workouts (low and moderate intensity) for Weight Loss! Get your steps in with these indoor low and moderate intensity steady state cardio workouts anyone can do!

NOTE: The only breaks I take during my workouts are between rounds. Feel free to prolong your walking breaks for up to 1 minute to increase your burning time (walk around the house, drink some water...). Hope you get a higher calorie burn than mine!

Loved this simple but effective workout! Recently diagnosed with low bone density in the spine and femur and this workout doesn’t have deep twists and forward flexion movements so it’s perfect for me. Thanks so much!

Completed! 71, no light weights, no 'senior moves', did this one with weighted gloves. I do the same workouts and weight training as the 30 somethings!

After 2 intense workout sessions yesterday I was hesitant to do the upload today because I am so sore & tired! So I thought I might not even workout… but I opened my homepage anyway just to see if maybe I could find something & this happened to be the first video that came up when I opened my app! It was meant to be ✨✨✨ I thought it would be more LISS but the speed made it PERFECT, so I wasn’t dying from exhaustion but I got my heart rate up for sure!! Just what I needed 🥰

The difference of distance covered between the 2 fitness tracking devices is too much I.e almost double. I don't understand how to trust these devices for our everyday workout progress😪
I think the Amazfit is closer to the truth in what distance is concerned...
