I put together this fun 30 min waistline challenge, because I thought it would be a great energy boost workout for a lazy Saturday! Shake your hips to the beat and feel the burn in your abs, obliques, arms, shoulders and maybe your calves (I did). Hope you find your groove better than I did with this waistline challenge (I was too focused on not missing the beat) and shake your hips harder than I did, all the while keeping your core tight, so that you really get a tightening effect in your waistline. Enjoy! This is a medium intensity fat burning cardio session that will help you break a sweat, tone the upper body and increase your calorie burn for the day, while also increasing your energy level. Completely low impact, all standing, no steps or jumping involved. This is a static workout that focuses completely on the upper body (core, arms, shoulders...).
REMEMBER: You can always change the pace or intensity of all my workouts to suit your mood or energy level for the day.

i've Been doing this work out in 6 months. It has a big impact on my BSA body surface area. I eat whatever i want without gaining extra weight
I have abdominal obesity even I'm not fat but my stomach would stick out which made my insecurities for how many years and also I have a fat shoulder which also made my body not in balanced that is why I don't wear sleeveless. I tried this challenge for 1 week now ( consistently) and it helped me a lot my stomach is way flatter than before and also my shoulder is smaller than before. And also I lessen my carbs and sweet foods it's a big help. Thank you! I'll edit this after 1 month 😊

When I decided to start losing weight, especially from the abdominal area, I started the challenge with this exercise...Guys, believe me, within a month I no longer had a big stomach. This is a great workout if you don't have hip, knee or foot issues

This workout was awesome and easy for a person like me who hasn't worked out in a long time.. just one query I had my knees a little bent the whole time, is it ok??
Just do the movement the way it's comfortable to you. As long as you keep your core tight, it won't make much of a difference!🤗

Depends on what you're expecting of it! This will help you burn calories in a fun way, and will help the entire body slim down. There's also a lot of arm movements involved. You1ll feel it in your arms too!

this exercise is also good for those who have frozen shoulder. i feel great and after doing this exercise in just 2 weeks my husband noticed that I started loosing weight

OMG: My take-away from this:
1) This video proves that there is ABSOLUTELY NO reason in the world for people NOT to be exercising on the daily. (No space..no problem)
2) The after burn effect on this...OKAY...OMG it's been 45 minutes post workout and my knees still haven't found each other and I feel like I am wearing girdle all across my waist and into my back. (I totally get back up dancing now)

These 30 min standing abs are the BEST to end my cardio/weight toning Burpee Girl workouts!!!! would love more of these! Thank you for this! I usually do (and love) walking workouts but due to chronic pain sometimes affecting my legs some days those are difficult... but this is perfect for those days! Still gets me standing/moving but a lot easier on my feet and knees!
