Im a 41 year old woman and my doctor advice me to exercise coz im slightly overweight and having chest pains lately. Actually, he adviced me just to walk around atleast 10k steps a day but i thought that is too boring so i look for work-out vidoes and luckily i come across your channel. I tried it this morning and really sweated a lot! So now I planned to do this 6 days a week. Hopefully, i could be half as fit as you. Lots of love from the PHILIPPINES!

I have been doing squats combined with simple dance for a year , I am already comfortable with it, after 30 minutes, I only had a little perspiration. I decided to try other form of exercise, I bumped into your cardio Zumba, I tried it for the first time, I really was perspiring a lot after the second round , even after doing it, I am still sweating. This is my 3rd day, I am enjoying every minute of it, a simple steps but it's effective. Thank you:)
I love your workouts, have been doing them for about 8 months and has kept me at my same weight but also help me toned my body. I probably lost about 4lbs (I’m not big, just needed to toned a little hehe) thanks for all you do for us 🙂

The most impressive thing about this video is that it is a steady moderate calorie burn-very effective. I also really love the doable for almost anyone. I start doing your excercise for the first time this morning. I must admit I didn't make it to the end. But I love all the moves and music. Will definitely continue my excercise on a daily basis until I get use to it but for now I am going slow😅❤

Hay muchos pero este es justo el que me recomendó la nutricionista. Muchas gracias. Una inquietud, no coordino bien los movimientos, espero que solo se debe a que es la primera vez que hago ejercicios de este tipo, antes solo hacia correr y caminar, pero no este tipo de ejercicio, espero poder coordinar los movimientos con la práctica.
