    I love the other video similar to,this one too. To enhance this workout, I wear a sweat belt, 1 pound wrist weights. If you have knee problems, keep knees a little bent and I suggest to use a resistance stretch loop band around thigh to keep your legs grounded. The loop band actually help with knees and keeps legs stabled. Also, a great mat helps a lot. I ordered an anti fatigue mat for my kitchen, but I use it for Burpie girls workouts. It’s the perfect length and width for all of her workouts. . Keeps the pressure off the knees. If you don’t have an anti-fatigue mat, double up your yogi mat. This exercise works wonders. I did this workout and her other one like this for 25 days. I see a huge difference in my stomach. Great workout! Thanks burpie girl for your wonderful workouts!

    While I was doing this exercise, I was having so much fun until I had a glimpse of myself in the mirror, I saw another person, that wasn t me imposible, how did I get so fat, why? I had to check the mirror twice I can't believe my eyes!! I cried yeah I cried, not because of the weight I gained, but because of the way a toxic partner can change your life your body your mind.... I promise I will find my old self and am gonna lose all this weight for me, for me, for me. I love myself, I ll be strong I will endure this promise to my older me 🙏🙌

      I don't why this made me cry. You are beautiful and don't ever let that person in the mirror tell you different things. You got this, you can do this. I was at my all time weight 6 months ago 240lbs. I wish 200 now and I hit a plateau a few months back I gained I lost I gained I lost until I found burpeegirl and I got back on track except I'm really pushing myself. When satan knocks at your door, "Not today Satan or tomorrow or the next day" keep on pushing. How are you today? That was 10 months ago ❤❤❤🎉🎉🎉

    I liked this alot. I did Day 3 and 4 of the Sept 2022 Abs/Waist challenge together. Like the good Lord I am resting on Sunday.😅🤣😂 Burned 335 calories and 3145 steps on this one.😮💪🏿. l also used by 2lb weighted gloves. I am a sweaty mess😰😰😰

    This was awesome!!!! I can’t believe my heart rate got up so good, and how many calories I burned without moving my feet. I burned 398 calories. Thank you for all your hard work!!!!

    U got me out of my comfort zone with this one... I do not dance really Haha... But the music helped a lot it kept me motivated... Plus I had 3 BurpeeGirls watching me so I couldn't quit...I burned 270 calories...

    Interesting start to a Monday! More difficult than it looks. You have to really concentrate to keep those hips swinging, a mirror helps. Thank you Burpee Girl! 👏👏

      Very true! This was my second workout for the day and my waistline was definitely cramping! Caught myself using my legs to keep on swinging a couple of times!

    This was great :) I menaged to the end in second try, now I'm so proud! This hip move is quite complicated for me, though. I will try with resistance band next time! And maybe with wrist weights! Wow I feel so good now, tnx

    In the beginning I had mixed feelings about this workout. But as it progressed it grew on me. It made me sweat, it felt like dancing and it was very easy on my knees.

      Hi! I really focused on my move with this one. Sometimes I kept my knees slightly bent, sometimes just straight, depending on what I was doing with my arms. Just do it the way it feels comfortable to you and try to keep your core locked in!

      I bend them for some moves and keep them straight for others, depending on what I'm doing with my arms! Make sure every move feels comfortable to you!🤗
