This was the most fun & best standing ab workout maybe ever! Your reminder to contract my abs really helped (you’d think after 7+ years of cardio would help me remember but nope 😅) & I felt this was the most effective standing ab workout I’ve done! I could do so many time stamps of my favourite moves but let me just say ALL was great, & I even got that rare endorphin rush I always want!!

I’m not the biggest fan of aerobic workouts, but I really enjoyed this. It’s not so intense that beginners or people who haven’t worked out in a while can’t do it and I was sweating by the end!

I think you might see progress in 2 weeks if you are consistent. Remember to keep your abs contracted and focus on feeling the burn in your abs and core!
