I am 70. I just found your channels recently and subscribed. I weight train 6 days a week at home---no light weights, NO 'senior moves', lol! I wanted to add LISS cardio to my regimen. I am loving your workouts. I don't feel, look, dress, or act "old lady". I live in the country. We have one vehicle and we don't have a cell phone. I don't have a gym. I do this on my own and I am proud of my hard work and commitment. Thank you for helping me on my continual fitness journey and being one of my 'trainers'!💗
You go, girl! I think I take after my mom. She is 84 and still active, walks every day and uses light weights. I’m 59 and have been working out since I was 18; through 2 pregnancies. No more jumping but lots of low impact, high cardio and heavy weights. Love it won’t end my day without doing something.😍

Probably your best standing abs imo! Loved so many moves, including the uppercut move, & the slight lunge to kick. All of round 2 & 3 were exceptional, but it was all so good! Another example of how you can take a standing abs video & create these interesting moves still targeting the right spots! Also, POURING sweat! Thank you!

I kept jogging during the active breaks. I burned 500 calories. I wish I could burn more calories like you. My stat: 5.5 inches (165 cm) height, 124 lbs (56.3 kg) weight. I love the moves and the upbeat music on this 10K steps workout.

This is good LISS, my heart rate remained constantly in the aerobic area, which is fab. However, when it comes to abs, this mostly targets the hip flexors.
I've actually come to really feel these in my abs. Used to feel the in my hip flexors and thighs, but not anymore. Sometimes, some of the exercises actually hurt when I film. It's because I'm keeping my abs 💯 engaged!🤗
This is perfect session for a Sunday morning…. Engagés glutes abs and arms… keep those arms moving as there’s a good flab session here too…. Again thanks @burpeegirl for all these amazing sessions…. So varied…never boring… and fab start to anyones day… I’ve a whole following as most of my friends now doing your work outs! X

I am such a sweaty mess but I managed to complete this. Thank God there was no finisher. It's horribly humid in Delhi. 37°C temperature with 78% humidity. I sometimes feel like giving up because of the weather. So am actually feeling quite proud that I finished it 😊
