    im trying the aerobics this week. on the previous workouts i have now lost 8lbs and 3 inches off my waist. i cant believe it. ive tired other workouts and have had no impact at all but your are so great, the format the music the exercises are just so good. thank you. my only issues is i cant seem to get rid of my jelly belly , it has reduced by 1/2 but still yuk lol

    I love all the different exercises you come up with. Rarely is there a repeat even when I go to your other workouts! I liked having the workout timer on the top left side as well.     Щиро дякую за чудове тренування. За три місяці я схудла на десять кілограмів. Для когось це мабуть небагато. Але для мене це дуже круто. Бо за останні п'ять років у мене нічого не виходило. Я багато чого пробувала, але все було не те. Дуже дякую, не уявляю вже ранку без ваших тренуваннь.

      Et j adore aussi ces exercices avant hier j' ai fait le 52 min weigt loss bref j ai eu mal au jambes mamamia du coup aujourd'hui ce soir plutôt car en France il fait 40*degrés la nuit insupportable bref je fais les exercices vers 10h30 du soir abdos +culotte cheval Fessiers avec Sissy mua elle est top puis j ai fini cardio aérobic 30 minutes et basta

    I loved this easy to follow along work out but also effective :) it’s hard to follow stuff with my adhd and every time I thought I’d give up you had different exercise coming and I had to wait to do it. I made it to the end! :)

    Loved this workout... Not too intense but just what I needed because yesterday I did 3 intense workouts... I burned 284 calories according to my Samsung Watch 4 set to general workout mode... I am actually pretty sore from yesterday so i am going to do one of ur 20 min glute and thigh workouts and call it quits for the day since I work tonight.
