I am 74 and take tabata at the Gym. We are able to get drinks of water during the 10 seconds breaks.and we take a minute break when changing muscle groups or changing weights or equipment. We keep our feet moving and move a little slower because we are all Seniors' there are 30 in the class.
I'm over 60 and just quit smoking last week and was looking for something easy on knees and back that will also help with aerobic endurance and just found you. I feel blessed. I will try this. :)

I will do this everyday except Sunday because I love the variety and I am leaving on vacation August 29th and I want to look great. I really need to Tone and I feel with your variety of exercises I can do it.
I've only done 3 of these workouts, but I absolutely love them! I love that they are standing workouts. I love the visual and auditory countdown timer. I love the variety of exercises. I love that they are done in short intervals; makes me feel I can do anything if I only have to do it for 30 seconds. This came up on my feed and I just finished this workout. I have to say for someone who HATES cardio, I really enjoyed this a lot! I love the ad placement right at the active rests so it doesn't interfere with the workout itself. I finished the whole thing without pausing which is quite a feat for me! First time I came across this workout style. I usually do Leslie Swanson's workouts, the walking ones, but those have also jumping and more complicated movements. So I knew I either had to adapt those workouts or find another workout that eases me back into aerobics for heart health especially. Due to a foot injury and time restraints I have not done aerobics too much but I knew as soon as I can I will get into those workouts again. Thank you
