Many so called gentle yoga sequences are actually really not that gentle! Thankfully I found you, Kassandra- your gentle, encouraging voice really helps to motivate. I have chronic pain & mobility issues & so far, this has been the best practice I have found that I can do within my limits & still feel like I’ve achieved something positive. Blessings to you
I'm a custodian and spend my day bent over, carrying a heavy vacuum on my back for extended periods of time, lifting, reaching, squatting, etc. I'm stiff as a board EVERYWHERE. This was exactly what the doctor ordered on a day off. Thank you!
This is a perfect bedtime routine when you’re tired and don’t want to stand or overload your wrists (you can even do the traditional pigeon pose rather than the variation here which is more challenging for wrists). the neck stretches at the start of this practice saved me this morning! I had just pinched my neck while making the bed, and was concerned about losing mobility over the day. Loved this class, although I'd consider myself "advanced" classes like these really bring me inner peace and ground me so well! It's absolutely not just for beginners, although I could totally see myself introducing my mom to this type of classes
I also love the gentler and beginner practices despite being a more technically advanced practicioner! I find more of a mental stretch in the slower practices, not a challenge per se, but like a mental massage with moving my body through simple poses where I can get very intimate with the sensations. It's like meditation.
I have been following you for about 5-6 years and love all of your practices. This specific practice has been a go to of mine for the last couple weeks. I love the seated stretches for busy mornings and relaxing nights. Would love more of these with different variations. Thanks for being great Kassandra 🤍

It is 102 degrees outside today and no AC. This was perfect stretch for a very hot day. My spine felt stressed and sore at the beginning of the practice and in the end no more soreness or stiffness. I love all your sessions.

This was perfect, and perfect timing! I am on a long road trip in my little camper van, and can't always get outside to do your yoga classes. This evening, after a long day driving, I saw this, and could do it on the small floor space inside my van! Wow does my body thank you!
This has been amazing today. Instead of working in my chair I was able to follow along during my phone conversations/meetings. Pausing of course when needed. I felt very present with my team (who could not see me) and also releasing tension in my body. Thank you!

Last week I had an accident and got a minor concussion, so I was a bit hesitant to go back to yoga where so much depends on balance and lots of poses involve being upside down, which I don't trust myself to do yet. This is great for an injury. Recovering from orthopedic surgery, dying to move, and was able to do this on my bed! Will definitely come back to it. 🙏🏻

Thank you, I enjoyed this practice. I am a hemiplegic, and get frequent neck and shoulder problems. This was a great quick way to address the neck and shoulders, and also give me a bit more energy, much appreciated!
