INTENSE TORTURE HIIT kettlebell workout | Full Body HIIT workout | KB and Body weight FOLLOW ALONG

- This 25 min. INTENSE TORTURE HIIT kettlebell workout | Full Body HIIT workout | KB and Body weight FOLLOW ALONG workout is made up of 2 x blocks of 4 exercises, each exercise for 35 seconds followed by 15 seconds of rest. Also in this workout we have an “after burner” block! 3 x bodyweight exercises for 3 rounds in a row!
Block 1
1. Kettlebell stiff leg deadlift + biceps curls + Goblet squat
2. Jumping lunges + single arm kettlebell row
3. 4 x kettlebell toes touch + 3 x kettlebell half swings
4. Low plank Hip twists + Side knee tuck
Block 2
1. 3 x Fast Push ups + hand walkout and Jump
2. Kettlebell Burpees
3. Kettlebell Full Swings
4. Seated side to side leg raises
After Burner
1. 3 x Jumping Jacks + Half Burpee
2. Hand walkout + 180 degrees Jumps
3. Back Roll out and Jumps

Sir your workout was really intense , i enjoyed it alot. But there is only one request please don't use any background music as i am unable to hear you because of music. Also put name of workout in video while performing , it will help me alot in remembering names of workout. Thanks sir . 🙏🙏
