    new favorite workout! Pretty difficult but simple movements so less chance of injuring yourself. Great music, but like the fact that the routine is visual and has previews so i can mute and play my own music when i want to. thank you!

    This was my favorite workout of yours yet: loved the new movements that were quite different than your old movements; loved the countdown timer; loved how you showed what movement was up next; loved the music. Nice work, Daniel.

    "Control" is the word! A long one but slow making you focus on strength and time under tension, which is again different from the routine and hence a great one!

    I haven't really had the motivation to workout lately. I started again because gyms open up soon and I want to gain some strength back. I thought I should do your workouts because you're always so inspiring. This was such a fun workout, so versatile yet it moves everything. Your creativity is just amazing.     Excellent workout, Daniel! I did this with a variety of weighted dumbbells between 9 and 18lbs, depending on the move. My left arm hurts at the jab site as I got my Covid vaccine only a few days ago but I didn’t let that stop me. I really love the variety of compound movements in this one. Definitely will be doing this again!

    Loved it! Very challenging and a great change from traditional weight training. Due to bad knees, I modified the exercises that had knees on the floor with reverse lunges. Those push ups are a work in progress! This was the first time doing any of your follow-along sessions. Look forward to doing more of them! Great job!

    Another fantastic workout. Pushups were the killer for me... the whole thing was difficult but those kicked my @$$. Keep it up Daniel, I do these workouts 5-6×/week, love the variety and being able to push play and not think, just work.

    It's cool you keep innovating to see the best editorial approach. In terms of content, great as ever and I loved the more steady strength focus; there is so much kettlebell HIIT with jumping about out there, which ends up more of a cardio session. The structure and length was perfect but hey why no talking? I really appreciate the tips on form and the shout outs of encouragement at the point I'm flagging so please bring the talking back. Doing the work out bare-chested? That's fine by me! Thanks as ever for ace workouts Daniel

      Depends on the specific exercises and you fitness level. I starter back then with 12kg and it was fine!

      Depends on your fitness level - if you are used to exercising, I would say you could start with a 10-12kg kettlebell.

    Daniel I am not happy! While i am flopping around on the floor trying to get up you are basically doing pistol squats to get up!!! lol!! You are making me feel like a 90 year old exercising for the first time!! hahahaha

    This will be my workout tomorrow morning.... evn though I prefer talking Daniel With his shirt on more, the workout looks awesome. After you tried to kill us in homegym this week I’m feeling adventurous enough to try this one 🙂
