    Great workout, easy but effective exercises, no complicated choreography, easy on the knees... I love that it's not too "cardio", I can easily motivate me to start it even when I don't feel much like sports

    Roxanne this is probably my fave workout of yours! Actually probably fave workout ever!! I just feel like I could do this often and just practice getting stronger and stronger at each move. On that note please tell me the secret of the hinge back move? You go so far back and honestly I seem to barely move. Does it come with time or am I doing something wrong? Anyway thanks for the awesome work. ❤

      The Romanian deadlifts?
      It could be because your hamstrings are tight?

    Ugh, I had to modify the glute bridge knee lifts, but I get strronger again with every workout. Thank you for your workouts Roxanne!! I love them and they keep me excited and motivated to get lean and strong again! 😁

    Oh wow! This workout was awesome! I don't think I would have been able to do the glute bridge knee ups a couple months ago, but I rocked them today! The single arm fly and pull over was a toughie though... Thanks for another awesome workout Roxanne! 😍😍😍

    The commando T rotations were way beyond my ability. I had to modify. I have done all of your challenging workouts since the beginning of March. I am getting stronger.

    Happy New Year Roxanne. Good to see a new strength workout.
    I started strength workouts regularly since 6 months approx and started having protein shakes since 1 month (only 7 gms Protein per scoop). I see weight increased on weighing scale. Is it normal? Why am I gaining weight?

      Muscle weighs heavier than fat. How tight does your waistband on your trousers feel? do you look more toned? If you've got your nutrition and weight training locked these indicators should be positive. Ditch the scales! Change your protein powder to a higher protein content I reckon, 7 grams is low, 20 grams per serving would be better.

    Loved this! But feel a minute per move is too long? 30 seconds per move, 2 moves, 30 second rest?

      Go slow lovely, the time is 60 secs because there are skill movements, 30 seconds wouldn’t be enough to get in the reps 💪🏼

    In my opinion in this session there are some exercises a little too mixed together, 2-3 exercises in one seems a bit excessive to me.

      It was a bit challenging, there are a few combo skill moves. You got this though, practice and it will get easier 💪🏼🔥
