Completed. 16 kilo kettlebell . Struggled a bit for those single hand pulls with smaller kettlebells since 16 kilos is quite heavy for a single hand😁 but nevertheless completed it with slight support from the other hand.

Nice set, thanks Roxanne.. all great ones and challenging except i really did not enjoy the exercises at the 21 minute mark, i felt its too dangerous and doesn't work for larger kettlebells like the adjustable kettlebells (which I have). Any alternatives for that part? But I really feel its dangerous gripping the bell like that...
Hey Ron, Thanks so much! I'm glad you enjoyed the workout. For the single arm chest fly and pull overs at the 21 min mark, yes it would be a challenging with a heavy kettlebell. I am using 6kgs and it was tough. We already are doing double arm KB pullovers in the workout but your welcome to repeat this exercise, you can do it in a bridge position as well as flat back to mix it up. You could do a half Turkish getup instead. You can perform a double chest press or single arm chest press rather than a chest fly, this exercise will be a bit more stable. Alternatively you can do push ups on the kettlebell. Let me know how you go.

the floor workouts are great if you have bigger hands to hold the bell. this didnt work for me unfortunately
Oh yes I know what you mean. There are some kettlebells that are the same weight but have a smaller head. Maybe they might help.. 😊❤️ keep up the great effort
