  • Tap in with us for a 25 minute Kettlebell workout what will fire up your arms in no time! This workout only requires a single kettlebell and can be done anywhere you have space to move. The exercises throughout this session target the chest, back, shoulders, biceps, triceps, and abs. This workout is targeted more for an intermediate to advanced level kettlebell user, but can be manageable for beginners as well. We recommend adding this workout to your routine if you're looking to build lean muscle mass and strength over time. Give this workout a go, and let us know how it went!

    Thanks yall! Got through this whole workout except the pushups but I’m working on my upper body strength so I can do more of those! Used a 15lb for the harder moves and a 25lb kettlebell for the curls 💪🏽

    I had to jump on here to comment. This was my Sunday Morning workout this morning and I absolutely LOVED ❤it. It was the workout I didn’t know I needed❤. I understand it was probably configured in consideration of Juice’s recovery (which by the way I think it’s awesome your able to push through and keep active despite the injury), but it was nice to get it in, feel like I got a good workout, and not bounce around for once. THANK YOU for this

    I'm always in for some kettlebell strength & this was a really fun format!!
    I still switched between kettlebell & dumbbell & I'm kinda proud of it... Cause my kettlebell is simply getting too light for some exc over time 💜
    Oh and I loved the burnout!! Thank you for this workout! 🤩🦾

    Nota prévia:
    Treino intermédio, apenas de membros superiores, pode ser útil para descansar as pernas.
    Usar um dumbell para os exercícios em que o ketlebell não é tão prático de pegar.
    Faz-se bem este treino.

    Hey Juice and Toya,
    Great workout! You two are GREAT. I just came across your channel and I really love it. I have a question; at the end you mentioned about this being good strength and muscle building exercise. I have heard in other places that you / one / I need the intensity of the exercise to be really high in order to build muscle, like only being able to do 3 or 4 reps of an exercise. I'm using a 12kg kettle bell to do this workout so am more or less matching the number of reps you are both doing - is this number of reps / level intensity sufficient to build muscle? or is it better to do less reps with a higher weigh?
    I'm sure you're busy folks but I'd love to hear your reply and wonder if other people might have the same question..

      You can do the workout twice or even thrice as you go along. You can even pair the workout videos together 😊
