I have multiple autoimmune conditions which makes working out difficult, but I was able to do all of these except for two of the moves, which I modified. love this workout been doing it for a couple months and i can really sell how much more toned and stronger my arms are 💪🏼 i will say during the rows my back KILLS ME i know my form is crap but how can i fix this?
Such a great video, the way you mixed the exercises makes it really easy to keep motivated and finish the whole 20 min. Most other workouts I quit after 10 min, not this one. :)

Great 20 minute exercise really got a sweat on. Bookended it with a 5 minute intense forearm and bicep workout as well.
