    Hi! I've had kettlebells for a long time and follow workouts sporadically via book instructions. I have multiple autoimmune conditions which makes working out difficult, but I was able to do all of these except for two of the moves, which I modified. Thanks so much for a doable routine with some moves I'd not thought of!🥳

    I have been skipping the gym and sticking to walks, recently bought kettlebells to do outdoors/at home and Your kettlebell workouts have been SO great. Especially for someone who isn’t used to training with these weights. So doable and the time flies while getting a great workout. Thank you

    I was searching for kettlebell exercises and I saw this video. Not a fan of kettlebells but you made it very easy for me. It was pretty hard for now but I had fun doing it. Thank you very much ❤

    I enjoyed this kettlebell workout. I could feel it. I work out at the gym using only cardio machines and attend dance classes like Zumba. I also have dumbbells, but the kettlebell is more challenging though. Thank you for providing your multiple workout RUclips videos.

    love this workout been doing it for a couple months and i can really sell how much more toned and stronger my arms are 💪🏼 i will say during the rows my back KILLS ME i know my form is crap but how can i fix this?

    Such a great video, the way you mixed the exercises makes it really easy to keep motivated and finish the whole 20 min. Most other workouts I quit after 10 min, not this one. :)
