    I have been doing this workout as part of my routine for about 2 months now, and yesterday I was able to do the finisher with no rests, for the first time! 😊 I’m getting stronger! 💪 TYSM for your videos!

    I’d be lying if I say this workout gets easy I be drenched in sweat 6 mins in love u Roxy always a good workout working out to your videos I’m trying to build muscles and strength and more lower body muscles basically that hour glass shape thank you for your free workouts appreciate you

      If you are exercising regularly and eating a healthy diet you will see results. You need to progressively overload, that is up to you to increase the weights when your form is good and it workouts are getting easier.

    Wow, I was making some funny faces with that squat pulse finisher! Thank you for another intense workout! I wasn't sure if you might be able to help with a question I've been wondering about as well. For some reason (likely my bad knees), I struggle with bending my back leg during the lunge movements and keeping good form. Sometimes I just replace with a lateral lunge because those I have no problem doing right, although I can do a regular lunge during yoga with my back leg kept straight like in a yoga pose. I was wondering if it might be okay to modify the lunges to keep my back leg straight? Or just keep replacing with the lateral lunge? Thank you in advance if you might have any input on this. 😀

      Hey lovely,
      The main aim of the lunge back is to work the front leg, so extending the back leg out straight instead of a 90 degree angle is fine and will work the muscles in a similar way. If anything this exercise would be harder with the back leg straight. I would go and see someone in person about this as it could be an easy fix 😊 it would be easier to help if I could see your form in person 😊 let me know how you go xx

      @@WorkoutWithRoxanne Thank you so much for your reply! I took your advice and was told to try leaning forward slightly while bending both knees and it worked like that. It is funny how that works out but our bodies are all so uniquely different while a slight modification can make a world of difference. I also tried with my back leg straight and that worked as well. Now I won't fear the lunges and can be proud that I can do a harder variety when I want to challenge myself even more. It is likely thanks to your intense glute exercises! I can certainly feel the fire and strength building during those. 😅🔥Thank you again for your thoughtful reply and advice, Roxanne! xx😊

      Great effort, it’s perfectly fine to take rests when needed and then join back in the session when you are ready. With consistency you will start to see progression. Keep at it 💪🏼😊
