I felt so strong, for days, after this workout. I couldn’t believe the results in such a short amount of time. I have fibromyalgia, and even with going at my own pace and some modifications I felt like I succeeded. Thank you!
This is the second 15 min workout I've done with you. I love the way you explain the steps, without using words. It makes it easy to follow for someone who hasn't really exercised in a long time. The 15 minutes is about what I can manage with 10 lbs at this time, but I feel accomplished after your workouts. Thank you!

Fantastic workout! ALL the shakes now. I subbed glute bridges and calf raises for the lunge underpasses since my knees don;t do well with those and still got a KILLER workout in minimal time.

I did this twice….kinda back to back. I did one of her 15 minute ab workouts between. It was so good I felt like I needed to do it again and it was so short and went by so fast I had the time. Second time around I had to drop 5 lbs lower for the single arm swings. That was too much weight for my one arm to do 😌. It really got my heart rate up at the end, so out of breath after that last kettle bell swing, I feel great afterwards!
Thank you for this high intensity short kettlebell workout! I was feeling tired today recovering from a 24 hour virus and this was the perfect thing to get me moving without overdoing it. 15 minutes is better than none! Thank you for your consistency! Managed 16KG for all but three moves when I dropped to 12KG. Dripping with sweat and feeling proud of myself. Not bad for a 48 year old (who still thinks she's in her twenties, haha). Thank you so much Caroline!

omg. Today was the first time I could get through without modification. I LOVE these 15 min workouts! I vacillate between total, upper and lower during the week and do total body on Saturdays, Sunday OFF;) When I get to the deadlifts I raise the weight to 45 but for everything else I'm at 20lbs. Instead of increasing time I'm just going to increase weights when/if it ever gets easy:) I don't know how you do it without gloves..I was getting calluses after week 2! Gloves made all the difference. Thank you!

Thank you for giving pointers for the proper form and offering an alternative for using my body weight if needed. I used a 25-pound kettlebell and I'm already feeling it 2 hours later. Just completed this in the 15mins my kids generously gave me 😄. Started burpee hit workout but mummy's milk was required so onlt got 4 exercises in. Will come back to it. Thank youCaroline for posting something new everyday. It really helps with motivation. Xx

Hi Thankyou for this - got to absolute desperation recently - I’ve lost 4 close family members in 18 months one being my brother but in that time I’ve assumed I’ve gone the the M as I have lost so much muscle mass I couldn’t pick up a box of books that I statshed in the garage before the nightmare started. Plus the weight is like a runaway train. So purchased kettlebells and day 1 done -I am weak and out of puff but these are so doable Thankyou

your workouts are definitely working! I've just done this one straight after the 20 min leg and thigh workout with ankle weights! Way stronger than about a month ago. I did the tabata HIIT on Sunday and got through it without stopping . First time I did it I had to pause at least 7 times for breaks

This is the workout I needed but never thought about! I have two kettlebells next to me everyday while I’m working out, but only use them periodically for squats. I got excited when I realized you are using an equivalent weight to 35Lbs, however knowing your endurance I’ll keep my 15Lb one a bit closer! 💪🏼💛

I keep activ ,i lose this bodybilder workout 3 kg in one months .I think i lost fat not muscle in this time i eating whitout dieting or fustrating what i eat just doing 1 hour ewery day Caroline your wourkout .Now not whanted muches to lose weigt i have 1,60 and 50 kg my arms wanted to grow .im not mesaurated how growt in this time but i do pushups easear Thank you😊

I tried it by adding workouts for the pauses: jumping jacks, burpees, running on the spot. It really kept my heart rate high!

I keep activ ,i lose this bodybilder workout 3 kg in one months .I think i lost fat not muscle in this time i eating whitout dieting or fustrating what i eat just doing 1 hour ewery day Caroline your wourkout .Now not whanted muches to lose weigt i have 1,60 and 50 kg my arms wanted to grow .im not mesaurated how growt in this time but i do pushups easear Thank you😊
