  • Tap in with us for a kettlebell HIIT workout that will make the absolute most out of your 20 minutes! This workout has a variety of movements within a tabata format to keep the intensity high and body constantly on the move.
    If your goal is to build up your endurance, cardio, and fat loss, then we highly recommend adding this to your routine a few times per week. While this is more of an advanced workout, you can take it at your own pace until you get comfortable with each exercises.     Excellent - more 20mins: I’m obese - lost 30lbs in past 6 months - now tried doing this workout with 30lbs kettlebell, and burnt 312cals in 24mins. Thank you

    NGL this was the best workout I've ever had. Honestly. It was easy to approach and maneuver without being painful. It felt like a joy to do. Being a woman I used a 16lb kettlebell as well as a 25lb for the dual hand movements. So far 24hrs later my body is SORE in a good way. Nothing hurts but yeah I feel the muscles. Being a heavier person attempting to build muscle I appreciate how you didn't do any coordination or dance-y movements. It was just the weights and the body. Fantastic workout that I will keep on rotation for forever.

    Seeing this come up MADE MY DAY! My wife introduced me to your kettlebell videos a few years ago. Since then I’ve put on about 13 pounds of muscle weight. And it’s all thanks to your videos!     This is AMAZING!! I loved this workout. I flipped between my 10 lb and 15 lb kettlebells. I was happy about that. My shoulder is still acting up so I didn’t want to push more weight on certain things. Will definitely be doing this one again!

    This is my second workout I have done with y’all. Let me tell you, after HIIT from 2 days ago, I was sore!!! Back at it today with the kettlebells and it kicked my ass! I’m so happy that I found your channel, I’m excited to see results!!! 💪🏼

    nice, i had fun! i had to use a 7.5 kg dumbbell but t totally was adaptable! tabata was also a nice choice to get up the metabolism and don´t get bored!
