    I'm getting so strong from these kettlebell workouts. I've never felt so awesome. I used to run on treadmill all the time but I burned off all my muscle.

    Thank you for this! I did not want to go to the gym today, but still wanted to work out, so I did this workout twice. I need to figure out alternatives to the alternating kb pushups, side plank holds, and deadbugs though. My body won't allow that. 😅

    Great workout it felt really good. Only thing coming from a guy who hasn't done it in 10 years i suggest for us new guys and little bit older. Is maybe add a few min warm up and cool down to get us greased up.. other then that awsome

    Overall, I enjoyed the workout routine. For the most part, it was simple; however, there were times when I felt like the exercise was a bit on the dangerous side, specifically those moves were you're resting your entire body on the kettlebell; one error in movement and you can really hurt yourself. It would help to name some of the exercises in the video so that I can ensure that I'm getting the position right. I was confused as to whether I was doing a row or some other move.

      The exercises are named in the preview to show what’s is coming next to prepare you for the exercise. You can perform the exercises on top of the kettlebell off the kettlebell for safety ☺️
