Just discovered your workouts. I'm 59 and have an autoimmune condition..it's been a struggle finding workouts that are both challenging but doable for me. So far, so good! Only thing I'd love to see is a few 10 minute workouts. Sometimes I do a second set in the afternoon, or some days all I can do is 10 minutes but at least it's something.

Didn’t know if I was gonna make it a few workouts in and the k thought “no one got a fit body by sitting on their ass and crying about it” so I continues on, clothes shed minute after minute til I was in my bra and shorts and at the end of it I was so proud that I did I started crying??? Is that normal??? Either way I’m so thankful for these videos. I’m clueless at the gym so these videos help guide me on my fitness journey in the comfort of my home ❤❤❤

Loved the workout but not super excited about doing kettlebell swings 3 times! I specifically look for "no repeats" workouts because strength training is very boring to me and if there are repeats I'm less likely to finish.
Hey lovely, thanks so much for your message. Oh I know what you mean I don’t repeat complete cycles unless specified. The kettlebell swing is so effective and I love this move so much that I popped it in twice with a single arm variation. Otherwise there are no other repeats 💖💖💖
