Even though I've been doing kettlebell workouts for several years, I still find your instructions helpful to check my form as I'm getting tired, and not get sloppy. Plus, your accent is lovely, and humor is motivating! "Think happy thoughts" during the side planks made me smile 😊 I would love vocal instruction even on the intermediate workouts, even if it were voice overs and not real time. Thanks for the workouts!

after multiple joint injuries ; tendinitis in strong arm elbow, both shoulders have torn rotator cuff, and 3 month off from everything besides occasional pushups and bike rides this was a great starter session. Thank You!!

i did your arm workout a few days ago, then started this one after a pelvic floor yoga video and could only make it about 8 minutes in, haha. finished the rest of this one today after my walk. this style of video is really easy for me to work with. thank you for helping me on my goal back to health and strength

Great workout! Here's an idea for another one: Six KB exercises with 30 sec on/30 sec off for a total of five rounds. That way one can begin with a lighter bell and progress heavier as the workout progresses. Here is one I am going to do next using some of your ideas: (1) Curl to Press to Extend (2) Halo (3) Upright Row (4) Russian Twist (5) Goblet Squat (6) Two-Handed Swings. I will use a lighter bell (to warm up) in round one, go up a bell in weight for rounds two and three and progress to a heavier one for rounds four and five. As an older guy, it takes my body time to warm up and doing a progressive repeat workout really helps get me going safely and exhausted when done! It may not fall under beginner, but more intermediate. Thanks for all you do! ❤ UPDATE: I added a finisher to my workout that included a 1 minute snatch with 30 seconds each side!
Tried this workout (and your channel) for the first time. Really enjoyed it!! I appreciate the direction and reminders to keep abs and core engaged. Only have a 15 lb kb, so I opted for my 8 lb dumbbells on some of the exercises. Super easy to modify for my fitness level. I'll be trying more. Thanks!

I don’t normally comment on videos but I had to let you know that the way you do your videos are great I love the way you instruct techniques but also little reminders through the video about breathing and keeping straight I am a total beginner but I will stick with these videos for sure 😊
The vocals are great, they explain al the small but crucial steps pof every workout. Do we need to warmup before the workout? Also if we want to amp the difficulty, is a good sugesstion to just lower the rest time?
Hey, I definitely recommend warming up, it’s important not to skip this as we are preparing the body for movement and prevent injuries! If you are wanting more of a challenge you can up the weight you are lifting and yes you could reduce the rest to 15 or 20 seconds instead of 30 ☺️💪🏼

It depends on how strong you are already lovely, I would say either 6 or 8 kgs to start.
