I’ve been putting this off for 3 weeks. Finally did it and it was so fun and I feel like I got a great workout. Had to go without the weights for some and had to take breaks in some of the exercises. Can’t wait til I can do this without stopping.
Just finished this one, much harder than the beginner 15 minute one! I found it very challenging and had to take a break half way through, but I finished it! My one comment is that I missed your commentary over the video, it kept me focused on the last videos and it meant I didn't have to keep looking at the screen. I know some people prefer no voice over so I get you can't please everyone! Other than that, another great video, thank you! Oh and also I love that you don't repeat exercises because I've done enough videos repeating 4 rounds of the same thing and they're so boring they make me want to not do them 😆

I love your workouts. 2 things I would suggest is during the breaks can you put your tips there vs during the actual workout? It’s hard to see your tips while doing it and 2) can you make your beep sound louder than the music? When doing certain exercises my faces is downward and it’s hard to hear when it’s time to rest or start. Thanks!
