Love your workouts Roxanne! Kettlebells are so great for a full body and core burn! Especially using one- makes the core turn on!! Love that weight you used for overhead exercises- beats getting bruises on your wrists from the kettlebell! Nice rotating pushup combos at the end!! Awesome work!
Does anyone know the song at 16:34? I tried to search by lyrics, but I can't understand them. "We can drive around in a forest" and "We can try to rhyme in the chorus" are both failed searches. 😆
Depends on your level of fitness and strength, 8-10kgs could be a good starting point. If you pick up the weight and it’s already too heavy then it would be too heavy for the workout 😊 I hope this helps

@@WorkoutWithRoxanne sure I’ll let you know. Just a doubt… if I was using an standard 8kg kettlebell would you say to go for the ybell 8kg as well or they feel smoother so I could go bigger on the weight? I’ve check the ybell like an I was a bit surprised when I saw the the biggest ybell is 12kg…
