I found myself debating whether or not to workout this morning, and I thought “No I actually WANT to workout Roxanne has new kettlebell videos!! ” and that’s all due to your videos. I’m a kettlebell fanatic now and I’ve never felt so strong, with such functionality. (Went from hating windmills to mad respect) You are an absolute pro and it’s the first time I’ve ever truly enjoyed doing workout videos at home. Thank you for your expertise and impressive skill. I show my husband my buff arms all the time now! 😂😂😂

This was an amazingly strong workout. My KB buddy and I were pooped after this one. Thanks Roxanne, love your workouts esp the Kettlebell ones as I am also a fanatic for them.
Spicy! 😅 The Touch Downs were hard, I used a 10kg bell but I think next time I use an 8kg to get used and do proper form without wibbley wobbling and when I ve mastered that I'll move on to the 10kg again. Those type of moves are a good measuring stick, when you keep training and a few weeks from now notice you're better at them. Thanks for another cool workout! 🥰
Yep, I was struggling with that one too 😅 And the Turkish get ups, haven't done them for years and the movement pattern was difficult to handle but I did it 💪
Wow! That was challenging. I used 12. 20,25 30, and 35 lbs for the duration. The chest press , gorilla rows touch downs, and glute bridges were intense. I took 3 breaks. It was a great session❤
